Queens Point Apartments

Terrible place. Lived there for two years, just got worse as time passed. Tenants doing what they wanted, management only there 16 hours a week and no one after hours. Very very bad security, cars broken into, stolen cars, Find somewhere else to live. Please

a lot of older folks live around here so its a bit more quiet. People try and watch out for each other. it has a nice community feel to it

Resided there 10/1991 - 1/1993 when it was a furniture provided apartment. The owner knew everything that went on in the buildings that provided a sense of safety to one who only lived outside the childhood home to attend college. I felt perfectly safe in the unit - although my best friend's and my car were robbed one night when we left the vehicles unlocked. I met the love of my life, Dan Berry, at the apartment. Saddened the site is closed.

I really enjoy living here. Really great value for the space, pet-friendly complex, some of the tenants are friendly and are long-time residents. The laundry rooms are clean and convenient, the second best thing to having your own washer and dryer in your apartment. This complex is in a great location and within a short distance of any business or market that one can need. Here is why I cannot rate this complex at five stars: when there are tenants here that are bothersome, it is more than a slight annoyance. Everything from loud fighting, strangers parking in spots (their visitors), overcrowded apartments to where it is again, noticeably loud, and foot traffic to certain apartments. I want to say that this is not the norm, but it is unfortunate when you are unlucky enough to live near someone like this. Up until recently, the maintenace staff was quite incompetent. They were unable to repair anything properly. I do hope that changes. Odd hours of the front office makes reaching staff very difficult especially if you cannot be at home during the day.
