Quanz Auto Care

I am beyond thankful for this business and their employees. I had a ring in my pocket and it fell under the fender of my car. I was desperate for help. They were more than willing to help me get my ring out. One gentleman in particular was exceptional. His name was Blake he went above and beyond until he rescued my ring. So thank you to Quanz and Blake. I highly recommend this business been coming to them for years. Whether the project is big or small they will give you nothing but the best!

Everyone at Quanz was efficient and friendly. Having to deal with the results of a car backing in to my beloved Beetle was a drag, but at least my insurance company hooked me up with a top notch shop that handled me and my car with TLC. Thank you, Quanz!

I am amazed by this places customer service. We were in an accident and this was the repair shop recommended by our insurance company. We had our car repaired by them it was great job and we were very pleased. but then the door that they had to repair, the molding poped up and was bending back. I called them told them the issue and they ordered the part. We took it back in 20 min later they had it all fixed. They also took the time to acknowledge that the front doors molding was coming up because of the previous issue. They also took care if it adding more tape to the front door molding and securing temporarily so it would stick. if I ever need auto body care I am definitely come back.

To be honest, I didn't have a ton of work done here but the customer service was great! My auto insurance sent me to them to check for underbody repair, and front end or rear damage due to a tire hitting and running under my car on I40. The manager I believe is who helped me as I can't find his card or name. But he mentioned 'My guys'. Anyway, he brought me in to look under my car from front to back and showed me how the heat shield had been scraped but wasn't causing the tiniest bit of damage to anything and one end of the exhaust shield had been knocked loose. That was it. So he told me not to even do a claim, which of course makes sense. But then he had his guys put a couple clips on the exhaust shield and they pulled out a piece of my front end frame that was not even related but had been noticed as catching on my driver side door, all at NO charge, not $20, nothing! I know it was minimal work but still. Between that and the courteousness, I would def go there again if back there for work.

They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner, it looks beautiful and runs like it never happened. 5 stars from me!

Worst service ever. Sent my car back multiple times and it is still damaged. Filed a BBB complaint which was responded to that I'm complaining about a $90 part. After paying almost 12k I would think it would be right. The inconvenience is ridiculous and the people are rude. Be aware
