Absolutely the most professional movers I have hired. Reagan Begay and the crew wouldn't let me lift a finger. Fast, efficient and friendly. Moved a stuffed three bedroom apartment with a full garage as well in six hours! Remember to have food and drinks for your workers and tip well. Happy moving!

I was so happy with this company! I unfortunately had to change three times due to issues with the POD and Melissa was there with me every step of the way! She was so kind and helpful and really took a lot of stress off of me. JD and (didn't catch the other's name) were amazing. They showed up on time and we're ready to work. They were hustling and I appreciate them so much! There was no "milking of time ", these guys barely stopped for water! I didn't see any standing around or chit chatting. They were there to get the job done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks! They will be with me for my next move!

My family of five recently moved from the Northeast Heights to Rio Rancho, and these guys were were terrific. Andy and Miguel arrived ahead of schedule to scout things out, and even helped me disassemble our last bed. Michael brilliantly blanketed, seran-wrapped, disassembled/reassembled and dollied fragile pieces, so we had no significant damage to any of our furniture, and Colt, our stacker, packed the truck so efficiently we were able to get everything moved in two trips, which altogether took less than a day. Mind you that's five bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, shed, washer and dryer. Absolutely nothing went missing, and the cost was only a few hundred above our initial estimate. Their four-wheel piano dolly cracked under the weight of our 53-inch upright, which slowed things down a bit. Still, there was no damage to the piano, and this was the only moment in the whole day when Quality Movers LLC seemed less than prepared for large, fairly complicated move. Having worked previously as a road tech setting up and a breaking down stages and scenery, I was really impressed with Quality's skills and professionalism. I would definitely hire these folks again. No question.

We had an excellent experience with Jude, his son Jude, and Greg. They put our worried minds at ease and loaded our UBOX tightly and quickly for an out of state move. They all were friendly, polite, and professional- and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. They were on time, as promised, and loaded everything in an efficient manner. Very hard workers!! When you're super happy with their hard work as we were, a tip is always greatly appreciated, and I think a lot of people forget that!

I recently moved from CA to Albuquerque NM. The moving company we chose scammed us and over 900 others across the country. We lost everything. So 3 months later when we bought a house and had to move from our rental I was skeptical for obvious reasons. I did not have a closing date until the last minute. I called Quality Movers after researching online and found them polite, responsive and available to move me with just 3 days notice.Their prices were higher than some others but the guys were great. They took good care of our things and drove safely. I would recommend them to anyone for their move in the Albuquerque area. Thank you.Cyrus Mody.

Awful experience, would not recommend them to ANYONE. The truck that is used to move stuff is nothing bigger than a large U-HAUL, I was told it would take 3-4 hours to move a 3 bedroom house. Wrong. 7 hours of labor and the truck was tiny and had to have multiple trips.I expected my furniture to be wrapped carefully, and treated with respect, also wrong. None of my furniture was wrapped correctly. All they had were moving blankets which made me very nervous for my belongings. My new dining table was damaged, the dining chairs were damaged, and a wall was damaged during moving. I was overcharged. Also there is a 3% credit card fee they don't tell you about, which was super frustrating. You can only pay by cash or card, no check, and was never told about this PRIOR to booking them nor was I told about the credit card charge until I wanted a break down of everything. Poor service, poor communication, and absolutely unacceptable. Jude seems also to take very little responsibility when his workers have damaged said furniture/walls. I would highly recommend you call a more reputable company then risk your belongs with this company.

quality movers destroyed several pieces of our furniture they sent out 2 loaders who were slow. when i asked them to work faster, one of them called the boss and had 3 more people sent out at my expense. so 5 people ended up loading & cost me additional $1200!i suggest you avoid these people. they're the worst!!

I used them once and never again. They were an hour late to start. I had three men to unload one and a half 26' U-Haul trucks. I paid two movers in Phoenix to unload 3 Pack Rat pods and load the trucks. The Phoenix guys did it in 100 degree heat, in a parking lot. They got it done in 3.5 hours.The Quality Movers had three guys and the dragged it out to 6 hours. I even called the Christopher to complain about how long it was taking. He helped for an hour and a half.I was quoted 3 guys for 3 hours. They charged me double!My adult daughter was with me to help drive one of the trucks. She told me the movers kept hitting on her and trying to get her to date them. She also told me they were smoking marijuana on the job. PATHETIC.

I selected this company because of the reviews. While the movers were polite and at least one spoke of how he was a professional and licensed, several of our things were damaged in the move from Los Lunas to Albuquerque. And hours after movers left, I get a call saying we had to pay another $300 "piano fee" for the safe. My husband and nephew actually used our own lifts to move it, wheeling it on and off truck! When we told them our couch was torn, and an Amish Connection (expensive) table was scratched, they knocked off a whopping $100! Think twice before booking these guys!

Please avoid these thieves at all cost. They had their 12 year old niece loading our things who broke her toe on the job and kept saying "I'm lightheaded." They withheld our things when they showed up to our place late. Changes the quote when our things arrived. Sent one guy to unload a two bed apartment on his own who had to hire a local guy out of his own pocket to help him. They have a front but be careful about your money and Melissa. Jude will be MIA or on his phone with other customers on the job. The young kids he has working for him were polite, careful with our things and have nothing to do with this review! Gregory is an outstanding person and was told by Melissa to withhold our things until we paid her more with our credit card. I hope you thrive on your own direction Greg.
