These people sell nothing but swag. Disgusting excuse for a dispensary. So glad there are more than 200 dispensaries in Albuquerque to choose from. Big mistake to go here. all the flower here is total bunk. I'm not kidding you. They say the THC levels are very high including 30% and above. Then you spend your hard-earned money and it ends up tasting like hay.. These people are bad news for Albuquerque. Hopefully, they will go out of business soon. They have ripped off many people. They sell in total garbage

Great selections. Great walk-in. Placed an order from Az border. Drove to Abq to pick up, and they sold it out from under me.I was always happy before today. I hope i do not have to find a new dispensary. STOP SELLING ORDERS OUT FROM UNDER PEOPLE . IF YOU CANNOT KEEP THEM, DO NOT TAKE THEM!!!

They make medical patients wait in the recreational line. This is SO unethical. I will never be back.

Just a heads up. The purelife ( cannabis clinic ) at 3821 Menaul Blvd ne, albuquerque nm. Was extreamly rude to a friend of mine today. Let's help make them famous and get the word out that they are not very professional in. Ow they treat people out in the parking lot. The woman that came outside had no clue what she was talking about and acted like she was out of her mind or something. If that is how they run the pot store then I guess I will never recommend there shop to any of my friends.

My wife an I visited the Alamogordo location.My wife signed up as a customer. They told us only they did not accept credit cards so we had to use a debit card. When it came time to pay, she did not have her debit card, so we used my debit card. The next day my wife began receiving voice mails stating that her debit card may have been compromised and may be locked. It said I should call833-735-1891 and use case code 60188642557 to address the issue. The name of the bank on the message was off so it seemed suspicious. The last four digits of the card were my card. So they used here id info with my card info. That phone number is widely reported as a scam number. It is clear that someone from the Alamogordo store passed our information on to this scammer group. Or maybe their IT system is compromised. Either way, not a good thing for a retail outlet.This is in clear violation of their privacy rules posted on the web. Be wary of this company.

This dispensary sucks!!! They LIED to the public and they made people wait outside in the hot sun for HOURS claiming people were going to get to meet Cheech and Chong and have their items signed. NONE OF THAT WAS TRUE!!!. After waiting in line for hours Cheech and Chong came out and answered a few questions and then left!!! THEY DIDN'T SIGN ANYTHING!!! The workers stood around acting stupid with nothing to say. I will NEVER go to this dispensary and I encourage everyone to ban this place for the lying and mistreatment of the community. There were literally hundreds of people standing in line waiting to get items signed and this place didn't care one bit as long as they were making sales. I refuse to support a business that cares nothing about the community. #NEVERPURELIFE

I am telling you not to go to any Pur Life. I was at three or four stores of our life today. All four treated me poorly. There is no customer service. They have attitudes that they are doing you a favor by being there. There prices are higher that Greenleaf Urban Wellness have been helpful. When I was in urban wellness and another customer there purchasing told me not to go to purlife. She said their prices and attitude makes you need to go elsewhere. On top of all this purlife had a rewards system so you got points for spending money. Well they have a new system and guess what you can no longer use your points anymore. I had$1250.00 in points and I am no longer allowed to use my points due to their new system. I will never enter another purlife

"KAIJA" is misinformed rude and inexperienced. I suggest that she be retrained on every aspect of customer service and customer eligibility. I walked in to redeem (as usual) for the disposable and was embarrassed and made to feel like I had no idea what I was talking about; though I've been a customer for several years. This is unacceptable, I refuse to go to this location until this is addressed. Accordingly I would like my half gram disposable at this point this is ridiculous. I've spent thousands of dollars at this location. Thank you and God bless.

The bud tender was nice and patient. They didn't have any disposable pens and that was what I was looking for but I did get a couple carts for $30 which was cheaper than most other dispensaries. Got a preroll for 1 cent for being a first time customer so that was nice
