PurLife Dispensary - Rio Rancho

Been going to purlife 4 years as a medical patient. Never any problems, probably spent thousands of dollars. Recently had an issue, tried to resolve with store supervisor who basically told me I got a good deal, be happy and then hung up on me. I tried to take it a little higher to complain about the service but no one would talk to me except for the supervisor in the old town area. She was very kind and explained everything professionally. I will no longer nor will my husband or any friends of mine go back to Purlife due to Juliana's terrible and unprofessional telephone skills. I will not be going back because after spending thousands of dollars in their facility, I deserve more respect and consideration. Urban wellness is an awesome dispensary and I am happy to frequent their dispensary instead. They never make mathematical errors and they are kind and professional people. Purlife in Rio Rancho needs new management. Juliana needs to go back to communication skills classes.Darren White should be happy he is no longer owner of this facility.

First impression super clean, superb customer service. Competitively priced flower. Conveniently located as well, I will be returning and recommending them to friends and family.

Great selection of various products, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Have been a repeat customer since the opening of the Rio Rancho store.

Although I haven't been to this location in a while, I was greeted like an old friend. Everyone there was kind and welcoming, and I had a great experience with my budtender, JD! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I really felt like he wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. What a fantastic experience start to finish, thank you!!!

Out here in New Mexico just visiting couldn't find a decent dispensary that wasn't waxing a arm and a leg for grade A flower found prulife and they have amazing deals I was able to get a good deal on some flower definitely recommend them for Grade A gass

I have so much to share about this dispensary, I am going to attempt to fallow up with some from management that actually can make decisions.For now I will tell you stay away from the PurLife discounted cannabis on the flash sales. If it's 5, 6, or 7 dollars chances are it's no good. This isn't 1 disgruntled experience but many. Lots of sticks I get the organic material has stems. But this is was obscene, 5 grams of stems out 14 and that's being nice. Not mention think I seen an Aphid in the bud itself on previous purchases.I tried talked lower management and was a complete waste of time fallow up coming soon

This is an update to an earlier 5 star review. I have done business at this location for a while now, and have more educated opinions.The customer-facing staff do try hard to be friendly. But, there is one particular strain they sell that really gets my MS symptoms under control. They haven't had it for months and the last two times they did they sold me SHAKE. Not popcorn buds. FLOOR SWEEPINGS. Garbage. Since then I have been watching every day but the strain is never there. They offered to call me when they had it, etc, that never happened. It's been a very long time now. I'm not going to this dispensary until I see that strain again and until I get a full ounce of it that is real. Overall my experience with this dispensary has been good, but I am unimpressed with the availability of good medicine and the hoops I have to jump through to get it, and I'm not happy about paying for shake. They also almost sold me a bunch of flower that was seeded for a 'generous' $2 a gram off. Oh no. No. No. This is medicinal, guys- it is serious medicine for people with serious medical needs. I don't want to buy high school hippie weed and you should not be selling it.They don't have a predictable or steady supply of concentrates. Definitely hit-or-miss there. I hope that my future experiences with this dispensary are different. Take a chance and you might be pleasantly surprised. Double check your purchases.

I LOVE this location. They are always so welcoming and friendly. I live in the NE heights but I come all the way down to Rio rancho just for the service. Love love love the staff
