This place closes at 8pm and they mean it. They will not budge so make sure you get there and get out before 8pm no exceptions! Simply no sympathy for the disabled with chronic pain from my experience. Virtual payments are not accepted unless you download their special app that does not take Apple Pay or PayPal. Asked if they had Apple Pay and they told me it works sometimes. Not the only locations giving this response when asked if they accepted Apple Pay. No Apple Cash is accepted.

besides being shorted on weight in the past, I went in today to redeem my -please return 25$ credit to be told that it does not apply to sale items. ok. which items are not on sale? none of the products.... scam? nowhere on the promotion was there a disclaimer about restrictions.I instead bought from another more reputable business. purlife used to be a good seller but now not so much. I got some joints and they were packed so loosely the flower just fell out... I really don't think that their products are anywhere near 'premium' quality. there are far better shops here in town. it is just not worth your time to talk to budtenders that have no idea of what good business means. just not worth my time The 1 and 2 star reviews are true.

Came into the Pure Life at 9800 Montgomery to purchase their buy 4 disposables for $50 the Órale disposables. After teturning home and trying one then the second and then third trying three of them, each device had a horrible burnt taste. I went back to the store to either exchange or get some type of refund for the products. The manger said that because they worked and it is not a malfunction, so sorry there is nothing we can do! she would not exchange any of them. Even the one that was still in the original package unopened. The $50 I spent here on these products is a total waste! Each product is a complete waste of money! Do not buy these! And do not purchase items at this store! The so called girl manager is very rude and just kept saying very loud Have a nice day! This was a complete scam and now I will NEVER GOING BACK EVER!!!!

Snarky bud tenders over the phone- use incorrect terms- asked for points status. I am NOT a medical client of ANY dispensary so I do not have ANY HIPAA information stored. The definition of HIPAA is "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act- a federal law established in 1996 to protect PATIENTS health information" - again I am not a patient and don't try to make me one! I wouldn't go to someone that has no clue to what they're talking about unless I can get free or nearly free opportunities. Purlife should be honest and tell the people over the phone "Purlife policy is not to share any information over the phone". Simple, correct, accurate, and doesn't sound like a whole bunch of fluff and hogwash. Please...HIPPAHAHAHA

The staff is so blaringly stoned that they're literally unable to comprehend your order or even put together sentences. Also, in only 3 visits, I dropped over a grand and somehow didn't clock up any rewards at all and then they gave ME tude about it. lol Nobody there can even work a cash register correctly, they keep having to start over. finally, they fib about the THC percentage.
