Hi.....I never got used to drinking bottled water, from stores like Costco or Sam's Club. But, I will say, those bottled waters did taste better than the faucet. However, a VERY GOOD friend of mine uses this place, exclusively, AND he has many health problems like I. So 3-4 weeks, I bought a Gallon container from this place, and tried the ALKALINE ( .99 per gallon ). Gosh was I surprised ! That AKALINE water is just the cat's meow, even though I have doggies. I NOW, take a container of this water everywhere I go, and am just in love with this new water that I am now using, specifically the ALAKINE. This water tastes like no other water that I have ever tried / used. It's Fantastic! Thank You Ed for guiding me to this facility!

As a bonafide Water snob, I love my purified water! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it's hard to make it in there around work hours. That said, if you get there right after closing, or give him a call to let him know you're coming, he has no problem taking care of you a bit late!There is water available 24/7 through the outdoor vending machine which we used for quite a while. But the bulk purchasing is totally worth making it there during store hours!

Have been coming here for years! The alkaline is a great price and so fresh tasting! Joe is awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly. He even takes my water out to my car for me! Love this place

Took the extra time to make sure all my water bottles were cleaned throughly. In this rush world, that little bit of extra time and care stands out.

Clean store. Good price options. Great service (full service). Not really used to that. KUDOS!Can't wait to taste the water.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was trying to purchase water for formula but my newborn wouldn't stop crying. The owner told me to leave. When I asked why he stated he has the right to refuse service to anyone and refused to give any other reason. Such a sad day. So embarrassing. Avoid at all cost.

I wish they would fully drain the water after they "rinse" the bottles before filling......otherwise this is a good source for water.

Love the water, love the employees, but, at least in the case of the HOLLY Ave NE store, in one and a half years (I believe) this location has been closed during posted hours six times, due to lack of employees, mostly, and two times for maintenance. I live in an apartment about 3 miles away and have to take bottles and wheeled cart through complex to car and load each time. It is really a downer to drive up and see a closed sign in the door during regular hours. -- Not good for business.

This place was the closest to our home so that's why I continued to purchase from here. However, its worth it to go somewhere else. The owner is very rude and sometimes racist. He's rude to customers and especially his staff. He yells at them in front of customers and has no regard for professionalism. He didn't realize my husband was a customer and just assumed that his appearance meant that he didn't speak English. Find somewhere else to go.
