I have been going here for 2 years, but my last experience was not good. I get my eyebrows microbladed and before I even left I pointed out how I felt she made the left side way bigger then the right. Drawing extra strokes under and above the left eye but not right. She laid me back and touched it up a bit but told me it just needed healing. Less then a week in I could tell it was healing uneven, I called in a panic and was still told it looked even and to give it more time. If it didn't look good to come back but it's another $75. Unfortunately they healed so bad that I have to over draw my right eye and fill it in. Was to scared to even go back so made an appointment with a new salon and will now stay with them!Shonna did my microbladding!!!

Michelle and her staff are amazing! Michelle is talented with her work, but also just an overall a good person. She was great with asking questions and making me feel comfortable! Within a couple of minutes I knew I could trust her. I would recommend her services over and over again! Thank you for making me feel beautiful and giving me more confidence!

I've been wanting to have my brows microbladed forever and finally decided to just go for it. I did tons of research and I'm so glad I decided to go to Pure Radiance. Jordynn took the time to really listen to what I wanted and make suggestions. The location is spotless, comfortable, and homey. My brows are stunning and I simply couldn't have hoped for a better experience! Don't go anywhere else, this is the only option for microblading as far as I am concerned!!

DON'T GO HERE!!!! unfortunately, I will not be returning because of awful management and a unprofessional owner. I called to schedule another facial done and a woman I think named Christine or Christina, answered and was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner and was denied. I called back the next day to speak to Michelle and she was just as awful as the other lady. I gave money to that business and they want to treat me like crap? Don't go here. I can get the same thing done at a different spa for cheaper and better quality anyway.

At first, I had a good experience. But then as I realized my eyebrows were uneven, I went back 4 times to get them fixed. Never turned out right. They were fully pigmented, and I accidentally plucked a hair to close to the ink and had a bald spot. I wanted to make an appointment for a touch-up (a very small patch) and they wanted to charge me 2.5x what they had charged me last time.I called trying to schedule a follow-up appointment and they said I could not. Um? Why?The receptionists scheduled me on incorrect days multiple times. Told the receptionist my availability and she scheduled me on a day I specifically said that I couldn't work. Terrible CSThen you need to get a lash fill right? Okay you need to schedule an appointment but you can't book one until they've shed as much that you need a full set and and up paying twice as much.

I had my lips and brows done at Pure Radiance several years ago. Approximately 1/2" of one of my brows became very noticeably discolored. I was told by the receptionist that a 1/2" touch up would cost a minimum of $500.00. Yes. $500.00. The receptionist wouldn't even set up an appointment to have a tech look at the discoloration problem. I emailed the tech that did my brows in order to discuss. No answer. Definite customer service blow off! Due to Covid, I didn't attempt to schedule a touch up until this week. I'm in a high risk group and wanted to be certain lots of vaccinated people were out there. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Jordyn did my microblading and it turned out amazing. She spent a ton of time talking to me about shape and types of brows. I really felt like I had the right option for me, my lifestyle and my personal preferences. When I came back for my checkup, she helped me decide to if I should darken or make any changes. Ask for Jordyn every time!Kristen kills it at the front desk and was always so helpful with my appointment and silly questions. From start to finish, she was involved and helpful. Pure Radiance is a clean, organized and wonderful place. All of the staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend them and their services. Thank you ladies for giving me an awesome boost in confidence!!!

This is best spa in town. Services are great. Staff is courteous, friendly, and always have a smile on their faces

Super happy with my eyebrows! I'll admit I was nervous- partly because of the permanence and partly because I am blond/grey and didn't want to end up with thick dark brows. Jordynn was very thorough and explained everything....and gave me beautiful brows! The place is spotless. Highly recommend Pure Radience- and Jordynn!

This place is crazy amazing! Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at everything she does. I started out being very apprehensive about the permanent make-up so I went at it very conservative and eased into it. I looked through pictures, observed the permanent make-up customers as I waited for my facials etc. I studied the situation with great hesitation! Eventually, I had a very thin eyeliner treatment and I loved it, wish I had been brave and done more at that time. My next big step were the eyebrows, again, I studied the situation, looked at others when I was out and about....many were scary and I knew I didn't want that look but again, I browsed through her book and noticed that many of the clients had gone to Michelle to be repaired.....she had blue, orange, green eyebrow pictures of before and then beautiful after pictures showing what Michelle had done. I finally convinced myself and guess what, I love my eyebrows, they are so natural and beautiful. I get compliments all the time. I can't say enough about Michelle and Ashley is the frosting on the cake...so calm, efficient, organized and professional. I love to chat with her about whatever, she's very friendly and takes the time from her busy work to make people feel welcome.
