This place was recommended to me by a few people. I I went and spoke to the lady on a Wednesday let her know that I had already designed the invitation and all I needed her help with to print them she told me it would be a quick and easy job I sent her everything on Saturday morning called her to confirm she said she had received it and it would be ready by Monday. I went to go pick up my order and she told me that she had not even started it but she would call me that afternoon once the order would be ready,I never received a call. I called again on Tuesday and she said she was busy and that she could not do it that day. She then called me Wednesday morning to let me know that the PDF I sent was not working which means she had just only opened and started working on the invitations on Wednesday when she told me she would on Monday. I sent her an email with a different PDF Wednesday morning called again afternoon and she told me that she was eating lunch and she cannot print them. The customer service was very unprofessional I paid upfront and expected to get my product when she told me it would be ready but I have had to call her multiple times to request them and she keeps telling me she's not able to do it because she is busy. If you are not able to do it please don't give a timeline of when it is going to be ready. I will not be utilizing them in the future nor will I be recommending them.
