The absolute worst experience ever! Terrible service on both ends of my move! Packing guys were awful leaving out 3 full cabinets, customer service was awful, items were broken, parts were missing when brought to my new location, 2 expensive items are broken, they hung up on my son asking why 2 men were being pulled from my job the morning of my move delaying my job getting done, everyone passes the buck, etc...my list of reasons NOT to use them is endless! Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! I'd hate to see anyone else spend what I had to for a nightmare. Just an absolutely horrible experience!!!

The delivery guys are very courteous and professional. I received a text and a call 20 minutes prior their arrival. However, the lady who answers and gives the call is unprofessional and does seem annoyed when I asked details about my delivery schedule. If not for the rudeness on phone etiquette this review would have been 5 stars!

We used Bekins to move from our 2 story home with a basement. They were awesome! They were so organized and very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good, easy, and secure move. Max was the best! We wouldn't use any other movers!

ReLo Pro advertises itself as a Bekins moving company. I don't know about that, but I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.I signed a contract with them one month before my move. Plenty of time for them to schedule my move, according to Max, their salesman. He kept referring to his company as Bekins Moving and Storage. They use the logo, but they are not a nationwide moving company. They claim unexpected scheduling demands for their poor performance, with a month to prepare.Salesman Max Killman said they had third party goods insurance. In fact they now say that they are self insured. Max said they would show up with a three man packing crew and have me packed and off site in a day. I emphasized how important this was to me that they perform as promised. Any misstatements and misunderstandings are due to the misrepresentations by ReLo Pro.The crew was scheduled to show up at 8 am. No one at ReLo Pro could explain where their crew was, with several excuses offered; traffic, weather (it was a beautiful day), vehicle trouble. The 3-man crew finally showed up at 2:30 pm, with everyone except Max, who quit answering the phone, committing to the crew staying until the work was completed that day. In particular someone named Cris emphasized this commitment. Despite repeated reassurances, the crew worked until 7 pm and left. Cris then promised an unspecified discount for the inconvenience. I emphasized to Cris that it was much more important that the crew complete the task that day, but Cris and ReLo Pro disregarded their commitments and my request.Another 3-man crew showed up at 8 am the next day, and worked until the job was finished at 5 pm. ReLo Pro disrupted two other companies schedules because of their lack of compliance with their commitments to me.And then, despite salesman Max's statements and contractual obligations, ReLo Pro refuses to deliver my goods until they receive payment, the only assurance I have against additional unprofessional performance. This is what Max claimed other moving companies do, and warned me against other companies for that reason. But this is ReLo Pro's practice, this is what they are doing.Despite contractual obligations and promises made to deliver my goods this morning, ReLo Pro has against attempted to hold my goods hostage, and continues to refuse to fulfill there obligation to deliver my goods, raising suspicion that they have misplaced, damaged, or otherwise.ReLo Pro offers discounts for poor performance, but refuses to fulfill their obligations today, the day they promised to deliver my goods.ReLo Pro says that I refuse to communicate, despite multiple emails, phone calls, appeals through the BBB , State Atty General, etc.I would use Three Men and a Truck, or casual labor and UHaul, before I would use this outfit again.

I would wholeheartedly avoid using this company to move or store your belongings! Not a single person in the entire process showed professionalism, care or concern. I had an antique cast iron pot belly stove delivered to my new location in pieces. No warning, no explanation, just a nonchalant suggestion to "file a claim." I had another antique desk belonging to my great-grandmother loaded into my moving van with a broken off leg that had been taped up with packaging tape. When I inquired about filing a claim on this item I was told there was nothing they could do since no damage was noted by me when the items were loaded onto the my moving truck. Evidently I was supposed to stand on the loading dock (in the rain) and check each item myself as it was put on the truck? Rest assured, next time I will. The office personnel would never return my calls or would tell me they would call back "in 10 minutes." This was the response whether I was inquiring about filing a claim or trying to pay my monthly storage bill. It is my opinion that this a fly by night company employing people who have no concern or pride in their work. The entire experience was disappointing, frustrating and not to mention, expensive. Call up your friends, order some pizza and beers and load your boxes on top of your car with some bungee cords. The outcome will surely be bertter!

Pro Relo broke our belongings (and there are missing items as well) and will not take responsibly. We have been trying for months to get our claim addressed. We submitted it the beginning of Dec. 2022 right after Thanksgiving. We have called, emailed over and over. We keep getting the runaround from Pro Relo, even from Brad Killman, who is the supposed owner. Do not use them.

Do not use Pre Relo at any cost! They ignored my request to hold my items until I knew where I was moving and loaded them on a van and moved them cross country without advising me, before the agreed upon date! I am now paying to move my household for a second time. Communication was ineffective as I made my requests clear. No effort was made to communicate to me that they had a truck going that way and could they go ahead and ship my things. Once I tried to stop the shipment in Atlanta they refused. Chris got heated with me and denied any knowledge of my discussing where my tings would be getting stored in ABQ. NOT Clearwater FL. Do not use them!!

The delivery personnel was friendly, very courteous and helpful. They called 20 minutes before, to make sure I was home or that I had enough time to meet them. They allowed me to examine the Box, to make sure there was no damage. They also allowed me to open the Box, to make sure everything was ok, with my loveseat/recliner. VERY HAPPY WITH DELIVER PERSONSThe Employee(s) in the office, with customers service were patient, very helpful and very polite.Thank you,M. Nieto

The delivery guys were prompt, polite and very professional! They did a wonderful job of delivering my very heavy piece of furniture. The lady who answers the phone is less than professional and seemed very bothered by my call. Other than the person answering the phone, this was a great service!

This was the company contracted for my wayfair delivery. Delivery was scheduled and confirmed for 1:30-5:30pm...driver called at 11am and said he would be late....never heard from ProRelo again that day, and delivery not made. I Called the office the next morning and was informed the truck broke down and they sent text messages to all customers advising there would be no delivery....I RECEIVED NO SUCH TEXT MESSAGE. ...WASTED MY DAY WAITING FOR NOTHING!!!The service person said the delivery would be made sometime today, but couldn't give any specifics, and was rather pissy about it!!
