Proactive Pest & Weed Control

Mike Burkdoll just completed our quarterly service. We've been with Proactive for 7 years, in this house as well as our last one in RR. Mike was both professional and personable and also thorough; I give him 5 stars!*****We have been very happy with Proactive; owner Jedidiah has solved pest problems for us, and now he has a team of excellent, competent and professional techs. Jedidiah is very knowledgeable; if he doesn't have the answer he finds them, and he passes this knowledge on to his techs.My neighbors on both sides are also Proactive customers. I know of some neighbors who have complained about pest problems and I give them info and business card for Proactive, yet they stick with the generic/chain pest control services they've used forever who they pay to NOT solve their problems. WHY? And I am happy to support a local business!

John came specifically because we had seen a couple of spiders in the house. He not only sprayed for those, but when I mentioned an additional ant hill that had popped up since the last visit, John not only took care of that one, but searched around, finding a couple more small ones and took care of those. John has been here twice. He is professional and efficient, answers any questions I have, and to top it off is friendly and has a sense of humor. A great representative for Proactive!

The guys at Proactive are truly outstanding. They really do a good job. You can tell how careful they are in their work and really take the time on our yard. We have been using them for about a year now and anytime we have a reemergence, they are out there ASAP to help us get it under control. Ricky is especially friendly and we always enjoy when he services our property. Would recommend them for your pest control needs.
