OnePlus 7t with a shattered screen. Josue was responsive, answering my questions quickly and scheduling an appointment for me. Office was clean and quiet. Unfortunately my phone had more damage that I initially thought, so Josue had to order parts. He alerted me when parts arrived and right after when it was ready for pickup. Very easy process. Hope to never need his services again, but if I do, I'll be back!

These guys are charging me $30 to return a phone screen which costs probably a few dollars to mail it, even if it was ordered a second time cse "they" "sent it back" still don't justify a 40% restocking fee so be careful when you go over there or they'll rip you off, I do not recommend them, save the headache and go somewhere else, and don't leave a deposit cse if you happen to need a refund they'll keep a whopping 40% restocking fee.
