I lived here for a little over 5 years, PRISMA went through many hands in that time. The positives: the location is great, for the most part it's quiet and the units have a nice layout. The negatives: everything else. The office will try to blame everything on previous owners, but the current ones are the worst. Not only did they not take someone off of my online account after they were taken off the lease (essentially allowing them access for almost a year, which I had followed up about multiple times) when I was finally moving out they locked me out of my apartment a day before my lease ended and went through all of my remaining items. Literally criminal. I submitted work orders that were NEVER followed through on. I literally cannot comprehend the negligence of this place. The manager Harley is nice if you get a chance to speak with her, but based on all the bullshit it can't make up for the disregard of resident.

This is the worse complex I've ever lived in. Thank god I'm finally leaving this horrid apartment complex. To start, we moved in around January, and were oh so kindly greeted with our car being towed. The company Prisma works with are equally as bad, and were some of the rudest more unprofessional people. The office lady here continuously has an attitude and can't ever seem to pick up the phone. No idea what her name is and frankly I don't care, but for someone working at a 1star complex, I guess I can't expect much. She answers the phone annoyed, because I'm sure having to call once a day hoping for a response is annoying, ignoring the phone ring that is. Anyways, our apartment is a two bedroom two bath. Paint splatters on our floors, a fridge door that doesn't open, and a small water heater, and a small kitchen. Very little storage for more than one person. Crappy windows and broken screens that haven't been replaced. Drains constantly clog in the bathroom, as their design is cheap. The rent is outrageous for a complex that has about a third of the parking it needs for the residents. But if you'd like to blow more money, you can spend an extra 35 a month for covered parking. Took them two weeks to fix our garbage disposal. We have roaches in our drains and lucky us, we had maggots come from seemingly no where. We are extremely clean people, yet pests are never ending here. Other tenants are rude, so don't expect friendly neighbors. You can absolutely find a cheaper and much better place to live. This complex is running through management every 6 months and will happily raise your rent while doing so. I've lived in a few complexes through my life, and never have I seen and met more rude, useless and idiotic office management. They allow construction and yard work to happen at 7am, and will do literally nothing! For your sanity, avoid this place. Don't let their charm sway you into living here, because they hide all the flaws.

I've lived here for 1.5 years. When we moved in, we were told some things still needed to be attended to (like outlets that didn't get electricity, our fridge was missing a shelf, and they would give us a new dryer when it was in stock). We moved into a completely renovated unit with brand new appliances (except the dryer) and to this day (after submitting work order after work order), still have not had those items updated/replaced. On top of that, our A/C unit leaks every summer. We have tried countless times to get it fixed, both last summer and this summer. Yet, here we are, replacing towels every night and emptying buckets daily because our A/C continues to leak water in front of our laundry doors. They've sent out 4 maintenance guys this year and still nothing has been changed. And we have made the office aware that we continuously have a roach problem and no improvements have been made about that either. Sure, the apartment has "hardwood" flooring, new appliances (other than the dryer), and new paint, but it's still not worth what we pay every month if our actual issues are just getting blown off month by month. Once our lease ends, we are leaving.

I lived at Prisma for over 8 years. Last summer I became very I'll and was hospitalized for over two months and on life support for 8 days. It became appearant that I would not be able to navigate the stairs to my second floor apartment. I'm still learning to walk again. I submitted am ADA reasonable request to be accommodated with a first floor unit. While they honored the request, there was nothing reasonable about it. Y rent was increased from $1308 to $1775 plus added charges I'd not seen much less paid in the prior yet 7 years. With the additional charges, I ended up paying nearly $2000 a month. A 8 hundred dollar increase to a disabled, 62 year old faithful never late with his rent, kind gentleman. That's just wrong on so many levels. I survived the sharp increase and I'm glad I moved but for anyone considering a move there, it could happen to you. Here's is the insult to injury. I learned just before leaving that I was being charged for a completely different floorplan than what I occupied. A two hundred dollar difference per month. So they owe me that. Next they'll probably keep my deposit. With some bogus excuse. But so be it. I complied with my contract because that's what an honorable man does. Can they say the same? I doubt. It. I am sincerely, Tim M

I only started living here 4 months ago and my partner and I both hate it. The parking for every single building Is always packed passed 5 pm, so if you're getting off work late and want a nice 10 minute walk from your car to your place please come here (I'm being sarcastic please stay away). Other than that they have reserved parking under a hood that you have to pay 35 whole dollars a month to keep, and If you are still considering this apartment please know if you get your car towed it's $260 to get it back from a tow company 10 minutes away. So in my opinion, I beg of you to look elsewhere. Thank you. We will probably be moving thankfully.

I have been stayuing with this place for the last two years and have always had issues with the Apartment and management coming and going and maintaince and today was the last straw when i asked for help and was denied. Shot and simple dont rent here its a mess frm the dog poop everwhere to the terrible parking and dont get me started on the trash siuation. The compactor is always full and ppl leave trash on the patio because its foll or the are lazy to take it the place starts smelling like trash and poop. The quality for requesting work be done is not good and I just love coming home and having to clean the mess after the poor work was done in the apartment. Look somewhere but here and i didnt even touch on the water leaking above and sewage and termite problem.

This place is the worst place I've ever lived in by far they've told my car twice for no reason paid bunch of money to get it back on top of that. There's no parking anymore. Maintenance doesn't come to work on anything the woman in the front don't like to help you. This place is horrible. Don't live here find a better place. There are better places in Albuquerque that you can find I promise you that.

The management and front office is completely unorganized and unresponsive. The AC in my unit was out during the heat of the Summer, and there was no sense of urgency to repair it. Parking is horrible and limited!

We lived here over 5 years. We had went thru three owners. We are good tenants, paid on time every time. We understand what's like running an apartment complex. Because we have both worked in them when we were younger. We are not unreasonable people. This new owner, living well homes, came in threw on a fresh paint and doubled their rental prices. I get it, inflation, COVID, but what really upset me, was that in my building 4 other tenants that have lived their longer were not asked to move out, or their rent raised. They are retired ages, and I am not. I felt discriminated against because of my age. Then Living Well Homes taped a non-renewal notice to my door, for all my neighbors to read, including pricing and personal information. When I called to find out what it was. The front office, nor the assistant manager could tell me what is was. It was only until I had to call back several times did I finally get an answer. And by that time, it was too late to give notice so the apartment could penalize me for moving out early if I choose too. We did move out and they never made things right that their contractors broke inside our home. Items that cannot be replaced. They said they would, but never trust their word. Especially anyone you call on site. At the end of the day, this apartment complex didn't care about my home, or the personal things inside of it. They care about making a profit. I get this is business, but when your business is people's personal homes and property, you would think you have a little more empathy. When would you buy an apartment complex? Don't live here unless you want to be ignore, or thought of as a dollar bill.
