Premiere Cinema 14 - Rio Rancho

The picture and sound quality were fine. We had minimal interaction with the staff but they seemed friendly. No reclining chairs but hey you know that going into it. No issues with any of that. They get 2 stars because the place was dirty. I mean filthy.

I went today as I have many times before and it is still my favorite place to see a movie. Sure it doesn't have reclining chairs but it's comfy and you can put your own popcorn and as much butter as you'd like, layered or just on top with a little shake to move it around. You can pour your own soda with as much or little ice as you'd like. There are only two sizes though small and large but hey if you drink too fast, go back out and get a refill. It's always clean with plenty of candy options. If you go to the first showing of the day you get in for $8.50, not bad for a movie. Saw Wonka today and it was so good. As soon as it was done, workers were ready to clean with a smile. Nice

The theater room mostly full was unbelievably hot. There was no airflow. Had to leave the theater early because I was sweating and almost passed out. The lobby was 10-15 degrees cooler. The top rows were the worst.

First time to this location and will NOT return. It smelled like vomit. My seat had to have been broken or I'm not to sure but my seat was horrible. It leaned all the way back towards the people that seat behind us. I sat so uncomfortable. It's like the squeezed so many seats they didn't think about how close you be sitting to each other. (It's like I sat in someone lap) Nothing against the employees they were very nice and helpful. If you're going to relax and enjoy a movie this isn't the location to go too. It's run down and needs much work.

We used to like this theater, but it's now owned by a church group and it feels weird to go there. We always went on Sunday mornings, but it's now their "busy time" and some theaters are in use for church. Uncomfortable.

Lol the Dbox was a joke to me. I assumed recline, but no. Designed to shake to the movie. Service was slow, movie was good and the Dbox disappointed. I come here every so often it is close but it is not anything amazing.

We have lived near here for a while but had never visited before. They had a convenient show time available for us to see Dune II. I liked that they had free refills on concessions. The theater seats were comfortable and we could see the screen well due to the tiered seating.

The chairs are like an IMAX Very comfortable & roomyWe enjoyed the popcorn & I'm thankful for an elevator for my 83 year old Dad

Theater is disgusting, they do not clean the rooms after every show. Seats are old and stained and the screen is not good quality at all.

The close caption stand didn't working at all and I did come back to an employees and she did fix it. Nothing works again. This movie theater is not good with accommodating for Deaf/Hard of Hearing people.
