Precious Moments Early Learning Center

I initially struggled to find a daycare for our 3 month old during the pandemic and director Yesenia was quick to respond to our inquiries and give us a tour. Our now 6 month old daughter struggles with clinginess and the teachers in the infant room, Briza and Sarah, have been incredibly patient all while caring for the other children.The staff has been prompt in dealing with illness during COVID and I've immediately received calls when workers notice something off with my child. A teacher even noticed she occasionally had disrupted breathing while sleeping. Our doctor confirmed the disruption and advised further monitoring. We would have noticed it much later had it not been for the teacher Sarah.

I absolutely love this day care. We have been using this location for over 3 years and i could not be more thankful for the care they provide our child. We will be sad when our time comes to relocate. The teachers are all great and the directors are beyond amazing. Thank you precious moments.

We have been satisfied with the care and education provided by this daycare until we experienced moving our youngest to the 1 year old classroom. This classroom is BADLY mismanaged and unsafe! Our child immediately came home with injuries. It is quite normal for children to bite and scratch at this age but this was excessive. Our review of surveillance tapes revealed that at times there would be 1 teacher watching 14 kids which is far from the state mandated 1:6 ratio. When we brought it to the management's attention they apologized but did not take any corrective actions. We felt our child's safety was not a priority there.

This is not a good school found out a teacher named monique griego slept with my husband and on top of it all passed herpes to us both than found out she is a heroin addict cocaine addict smokes weed all day long took my child out as soon as I heard this no telling what else she has beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a long time preschool teacher and mom of 2. I've worked at another local pre-school for years, and decided it was time for a change. I enrolled part time in school to finish my degree and was nervous about enrolling my children anywhere else. I toured 10+ preschools in ABQ and while some where nice, being a Pre-School teacher, I know first hand what to look for and none checked ALL the boxes, until I saw Precious Moments. I walked in and felt the positive energy, the kind staff, the helpful admin, the efforts to make the school warm, inviting, and kid friendly, the cleanliness and order. I was impressed. Michelle was helpful and ready to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot) receptionist (unsure her name) remembered me by name and made me feel so welcomed, new here but from someone in the business, this is a great school! I expect and look forward to finding many more things to love!
