Love, love, love this place. More fountain selections than any other place in Albuquerque, and they have slews of catalogs that you can browse through for additional options. Pricing is much better than at nurseries and the service is too-notch. They helped me walk through all the options, take color samples home, and ordered my final pick with helpful hints and smiles on their faces. They followed up with a phone call on questions I had about dimensions and, three weeks later, loaded up our custom fountain into our truck. Good, old fashioned customer service, great selection and perfect pricing. Thank you!!!

Looking for a birdbath? We were. The big name hardware stores lack variety. Potteryland is GREAT! Local and has a great selection of birdbaths, concrete ornaments for your yard, benches... quality and great prices. Prices were better here than at the big name stores. The owner helped us choose the perfect piece. Super friendly, super helpful. We'll be return customers without a doubt.

So we have recently redone our front courtyard. We have picked up some statues and metal work for it and wanted a.few more pieces. So they have a nice selection status and fountains. A smaller selection of metal work. They overall issue is they their pieces are significantly over priced compared to the ones we have already gotten. Just not worth the pricing.

We just purchased the perfect fountain for our space. Even though we were told that there would be fewer fountains to choose from at the end of the season, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of beautiful fountains still available. Chad was super helpful and went out of his way to have our fountain delivered quickly so it would be set up and running before our daughter's visit just days later. We are really enjoying the refreshing sound.

Parking lot has old concrete pot about 12" high. I ran into it and did significant damage to my car while trying to park. My complaint is how the owner handled the problem.1.) I did not expect the store to pay for the damage to my car. 2.) I waited about 10-15min to speak to someone. 3.) The employee (owner?) was not working with another customer. Rather, they were moving small items around the property and speaking with a relative. When the employee/owner eventually came to the counter he told me I needed to wait until he saw what another customer wanted and was checked out. (The other customer was not at the counter and had told me he was going to look around some more). At this point I told the employee/owner? That I was angry and wanted to show him something (The damage to my car). I told him I had a hit a pot on front that I wasn't able to see. At this point he told me that I needed to watch where I was going. That he wanted my insurance info to file a claim. The pot was old. It was full of trash and weeds. It had obviously been hit before. I declined. At this point the employee owner became threatening. At this point I admittedly became irate. I admit I hit the pot. However, the location of the pot, pot height, and location made it impossible to see while sitting in my car.I did not go into the store irate. Rather I wanted to complain that the pot damaged my car and suggest that it be moved so that it didn't happen again. At no time did I expect the store to pay for the damage.I did expect to be handled professionally. I expected to be treated with respect and the damage looked at. It was my hope that the employee/owner? Would agree that the pot should be moved. This business sells fountains and pottery. I believe my experience is a reflection on how problems are handled. That's why I'm leaving the review.I suspect that customers are "outta luck" if there's a problem.
