Good food, but it didn't work out.I got to sample their food at a business opening recently. It was good! As someone who runs a business I wanted to support good work in my community. My secretary called last week to set up catering for 4 meals for 2 guests visiting our school this week. This morning when we called to double check things, we were told that we didn't reply to their invoice email so the order was cancelled. My secretary was beside herself that she had messed something up. It turns out that a clerical error was to blame for miscommunication (not ours). We scrambled to find tonight's dinner for our guests.The owner has offered very graciously to make the rest of the meals work for us, but our guests have already made alternate selections for this visit. I would like to try Porc again and give them a chance to shine the next time. I believe they will.
