So, she went to PMP, and Clarissa walked her through the process.
Once upon a time, there was a blonde child that wanted some color in her hair.

I have never left this salon disappointed! I legitimately drive all the way from Tramway & i40, just because of the amazing talent in this salon. The girls are super sweet & knowledgeable. They also won't risk your hair's integrity just to earn more, like some other Albuquerque salons. If you can get in with the salons owner, Steph, do it ASAP! She will make sure you're happy & well taken care of! I went from a dark brown foot to almost a platinum blonde without damage to my hair!

Lemme tell you...I'm neurotic about people messing with my hair. It's not like I have some amazing & luscious locks that would make Repunzel jealous. Nope! It's because whenever I've had my hair done, the hair stylist would either chop way too much off or their coloring skills were non-existent. With that being said...I've been looking for a good hair place since my hair was way overdue for a trim. I'm talking like two years over due. PMP is just down the street from my house, so I checked the reviews & ended up making an appointment after I popped in for a consult to figure out what I'm looking at, price wise. I'm a very flighty gal who can't remember diddly squat from two days ago, so you can guess how happy I was when you opt to have a appointment reminder emailed to you as well as texted to you a day or so before you're to see them. Loved that' I got my coloring done with different shades of brown, (my hair was all sorts of color shades since I've dyed it black for ten years and then stopped coloring it back in January), then gloss was done and had about five inches taken off and some layering. I'm EXTREMELY happy with the results! Very very happy with how it turned out. The gals in the salon are extremely nice, we talked the entire time which made my appointment fly by, they offered up coffee and snacks while I was letting the coloring treatment do its thing. Honestly, I'll definitely be going to them from now on because I was so happy with the entire experience.

Love,love,love my curly cut! I have tried for years to find a stylist that gets my hair and what I want. Most were decent but I wasn't in love with my hair and Clarissa got me and my desires and made it happen! I can't rave enough!

I had a great first experience with Clarissa. She looked at the picture I brought in and did exactly that style. It involved taking approximately 6 to 8 inches off and she didn't bat an eye at it. I've met several stylists who won't do anything that drastic with you on your first appointment. I couldn't be more pleased with my hair or the customer service I received when calling for an appointment and when checking out. While the decor is cute, I did feel like maybe I was in the room of a twelve-year-old. They use Bumble and Bumble products which I've always loved.

I came from Illinois and had my hairdresser who gave me a paper of what she color she uses on my hair I asked the hairdresser to call my hairdresser in Illinois so she would make sure she is using the right color. My roots was suppose to be a light to med brown and high with low lights to the whole head This hairdresser used a golden blond on my roots then a even lighter blond for high lights but no low lights She cut my hair and it was awful I will never return to PMP She did not call my hairdresser and took it upon herself of what color she wanted to use This place is horrible

Such a gorgeous and friendly salon !! I am so pleased with how my hair turned out .Clarissa was so sweet and friendly listened to my expectations and exceeded them ! Price was definitely worth every penny .i have a lot of hair and haven't found even a great place to have a haircut here in Albuquerque but now the search is over !!! Thank you PMP!!

Couldn't have found a better salon in a new town. Cheery space in muted, calming tones, really friendly people greet you on arrival, and everything's ready. I see Steph, the owner, and she knows hair. I've had changing health issues that affect my hair thickness and Steph figured out the way to cut it to maximize the appearance of thickness and body. Don't you want a stylist who restores your hair confidence!!??
