Pluma Construction

Here is one of the many great things about Pluma construction, they are really good! I've had the opportunity to work with the Pluma team on projects I needed done at the house including a new driveway and adding in a glass block window. They totally nailed both projects in the best possible way! They also do bathroom remodeling and a host of other home focused projects (even though they also provide services like a general contractor). #ThankYouThursday

Nice courteous people however they didn't want to do the work I wanted them to do. But they were at least responsive and got back with me to tell me no.

I reached out to Pluma to get a quote to add two bedrooms to my house. They came out quickly and the estimator was very friendly. He told me that it would be two weeks before he could provide an estimate, which was fine. Two weeks came and went, and I called several times to follow up. They finally called me back at the end of the 4th week and let me know that the estimate would be over my budget. I reminded them at I was also interested in seeing an estimate for just adding one room (which I was very clear about when they came to look at my house). He said ok and that he would get it to me that day. It's now been 5 days since that conversation and I still have not received any estimate in writing. I have been getting bids from other contractors and have received them back as quickly as 4 days. Although they have been very polite, I am not happy with their inability to complete a simple request. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have now wasted over a month of my time and other contractors' time waiting on an estimate that never came.

Great company!!! Set appointment for estimate. Showed up on time, gave estimate when promised. Started work on time. Had to exchange some parts, still had work finished on time and left the exterior better than they found it. Great job!!!!
