Super organized consignment store with really great inventory! I felt like the ladies working there were very efficient and kind. Great experience and look forward to going back!

Very poor customer service. No eye contact - girl like totally annoyed that we were there with a bag of clothing. Isn't that what this place is for? Ugh.., I prefer the one on the east side. Much better customer service even though the clientele is more difficult and there are homeless sho lifters coming in n and out, they still maintain their professionalism.

I have been to a few other Plato's throughout the states and this one felt a bit uncomfortable to shop in. Many of the employees were standing behind the counters talking very loudly joking around with each, after walking in nobody acknowledged me or even said anything the bare minimum. They were being very obnoxious and cursing at one another not caring who was around. Very unprofessional! The other location they at least acknowledge you and greet you when you walk in, they're more attentive once you get to the registers. This location is like their customers are in the way. With plenty of 1 stars for reviews, I believe something must be done for possibly new management because it starts at the top. Plato's in other states is such a fun store and positive environment to be in, it's a shame this location does not meet that expectation.

Came here for the first time to sell my clothes and was not satisfied at all. I came here with good condition shorts that were a year old since they didn't fit me anymore. I was hoping to get a good amount of money back from buying these shorts but nope! Sigh it's whatever. You're probably better off going somewhere else or selling the clothes online. The main thing was bad customer service. I walked in and they girl gave me a little attitude and threw the booklet on the table then left. The store wasn't busy so a little small talk would've been appreciated. Then they told me once they were done processing, my name would be up on the board to let me know it's finished so I waited and they never put my name up there. I had to go ask after almost an hour and they have been done for awhile. What a waste of time and definitely not worth it. I won't be coming back here.

This place has a good concept but the workers there are straight up rude and inconsiderate. They lost my business for good!

Had really nasty rap music - really really loud. I don't care what kind of music you like but don't make it so obnoxious and loud.

Very rude service people, dressing room closes at 5 and store closes at 6:00 on Sunday. Why not close at 5. A clothing store should expect to have dressing rooms available. My daughter was looking at clothing for a long time and not once was it announced that there would be no dressing rooms. We were told the rooms had ready been cleaned and that the closing team had more to do "than just clean the dressing rooms" before closing and that we we were welcome to have all of the clothes held until another day. Will not be coming back. Asked to talk to a manager and a young girl spoke on his behalf and he didn't address the situation. We were instead told she as refusing service instead of giving us options. Poor customer service from a team just looking to get out the door.

The employees here are SO unprofessional! They barely look up from their phones to speak to customers. Two girls carried on with a personal conversation about a boyfriend while I waited patiently for them to acknowledge me. Completely inappropriate conversation to have in front of customers. It felt like I was interrupting them and was an inconvenience to them. Did they forgot they were at work and not in the flipping break room? Get off your phones!!! Hire more professional employees or you'll continue to lose customers!

This place sucks. They are so lazy here and unprofessional. They are all younger people who are either talking to each other all day even when checking you out or are on their phones. They never take my stuff but will have shoes on the shelf that are falling apart or clothes that look disgusting, too worn, or some that even have stains. Went in at 4:45pm and they said they couldn't take anymore clothes cause they closed at 6pm... that's a whole hour and fifteen minutes. It would've taken them 20 minutes at the most to look through my stuff I would go to the one on coors before I ever went back to this one. The staff is young there too but they have way better customer service and are always doing their jobs instead of just talking to each other and on their phones.
