Pizza 9

I love this pizza and also the beef sandwich. I ordered a combo Italian sausage/beef sandwich and a regular Italian beef sandwich but when I got home I discovered that I had two Italian beef sandwiches. When I called just to inform them of the mistake, Emma, the person at the restaurant was VERY nice! I was only calling to let them know that I didn't get what I paid extra for. Emma offered to comp two sandwiches in my next order. I order from them occasionally but now I will do so more often. Customer service is EVERYTHING! Good food here too!

We had a great experience ordering from this place! We got a deep dish mushroom and sausage pizza which was AMAZING! The crust was perfect, almost like the pan crust Pizza Hut USE to make in the 90's. So delicious. I really recommend this location and pizza. Honestly, I'm a big critic when it comes to food especially pizza, and they did an awesome job! The store itself was very clean. They have a couple big screen TVs anod a lot of room. When this pandemic is over I'm sure people will be waiting to come inside and eat, watch sports and just relax. The atmosphere was very nice and Jadyn was a wonderful helpful person that served us our delicious pizza! We'll absolutely come back. Thank you Pizza 9!

Forgot to take a picture of the thick crust Chicago style pizza. The crust was light and fluffy with a hint of sweetness. The marinara sauce was the right blend of spices and the toppings of artichoke hearts and green peppers hiding under the cheese was delicious.The kids liked the basic thin crust cheese. They are easy to please. The green salad with fixings and packaged vinaigrette dressing was just fine.The Chicago style Italian beef sandwich in a crusty roll was delicious. It came with grilled green peppers snd a marinated veggie mix, and a bag of chips.They are doing take out due to Covid, do you just order and call when you arrive and they bring it out to the car

Pizza had a strong chemical taste to it. Most likely from the butter aerosol spray they use on the pizza. It was edible, but won't be buying from here again.

Terrible!!! My husband ordered a pizza on 9/5 for their happy hour special. Called the phone number and call center took my order. When done she said the discount would be applied at the store. I said it's always done on the phone when I pay, and she said they will adjust price at the store. I go to the store and Nick (manager) said he sees a note that says I ordered the happy hour special but they didn't apply the discount. I asked for the discount to be honored and he said, no. I asked for a refund because their pizza is not $43 good to two pizzas. He seemed upset but gave the discount. I went to my vehicle to order a pizza from Pizza Hut and the manager walks into churches chicken and hands them one of my pizzas and than walks into a bakery and hands them my other pizza! The guy just stole from his own company. I call corporate and tell McKenzie my story and was assured the owner would call me and nothing!!!! NICK SHOULD OF JUST TAKEN CASH OUT OF THE REGISTER BECAUSE FOOD COST!!! I bet later that night they got chicken and cupcakes in return. I guess pizza nine doesn't need my money and it's ok to let dollars walk out of the restaurant instead of honoring a coupon. Terrible customer service, terrible company for not calling me back when they said they would. Terrible call center! Went to Davidos pizza. They never disappoint. Stay away employees are willing to steal from the owner they will steal or cheat from you too!

If you want pizza on the fly for your next game time family and friends celebration or to pitch in for a pizza lunch sesh at work, this is your place. Skip the generic pizza places and shop local. Their forte is the Lobo hands down. I am talking pepperoni and sausage with the mother ingredient: Green Chile. I've tried different Pizza 9 locations and this one on Golf Course specifically is the best. This location is always bustling (which is always a good sign for any restaurant) and they are consistent with their pizza quality (once more especially the Lobo).

We ordered some takeout and from the phonecall to the pre-planned pickup, service was impeccable! The medium pizza, pepperoni, pineapple, green chile pizza was just the right amount of crispy on the outside, soft in the inside crust covered by delicious sauce and perfect ingredients! The green chile was spicy and perfect! We can't wait to order another pie because this was comfort food at its best. If you need something delicious and fresh with a location that has great customer service, look no further!

Ordered delivery tonight for the first time in a long time. Got 2 pizzas. One of them with pepperoni, pineapple and sautéed bell peppers. Well unfortunately instead of getting that one, I was delivered a pepperoni, sausage and green chile pizza. It's pretty disappointing because I'm pregnant and was really wanting the pizza I ordered. I don't care for green chile on pizza, but I do still enjoy pizza 9. I just hope that next time they'll double check the pizza they put with the orders

My order took an hour to arrive. I tried to leave a good tip ahead of time on the bill. The delivery guy only brought half my order with him. The breadsticks were stale and hard as a rock. The pizza was somewhat decent. Jacob at the store, doesnt know what the words "customer service" mean. All in all, real disappointment. Shitty ma and pa joint. Will not be wasting money on this place again. Much better pizza places around town.
