Was referred here on Thursday morning and they managed to see me right away in the afternoon. It was not difficult to get a hold of them on the phone. The front desk helped me with my first time paperwork. Was told to expect long wait since my appointment was kind of a last minute thing, I didn't really wait for too long to get called in for my ultrasound. My ultrasound specialist was above and beyond and very careful with my belly. Dr. Jain came later to talk about my result and gave his upmost opinion and support. I felt taken care of at this clinic and appreciated all the help from the staff here in such a short notice. Fingers crossed my bill will not be a hassle.

Great Docs, PA, MAs, US techs and Genetic Counselor - which is obviously the stuff that matters. However, terrible front office staff. Front office staff is rude, inflexible and unhelpful. They refuse to make eye contact or greet you, if they are even there at all when you arrive. They act as if it is a huge burden to even be speaking to you. Sadly, my experience also reflects others reviews. Hoping feedback will lead to change, at least for patients in the future.

I had to go here multiple times throughout my pregnancy because things weren't quite right with my little boy and I had two placental lobes. What a night and day difference from being tossed around by UNM who constantly lost my records. Dr. Jain was great, he was kind, explained his concerns to us and was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend going here. Genetic screening was easy, they did the required counseling prior to getting it done, our ultrasound technician was the same each time making it nice in our visits there.

Wife went there referred by a birthing center, paid all the bills, got the ultrasound, then transferred out of their care due to complications. They still think we haven't paid them, despite documentation from our HSA showing we have. We've called them many times, and heard "oh, sure, we'll work it out with the HSA" only to then get a nasty "we will refer to collections" letter the day we're going to induce. Sort out your billing shit and stop harassing people whose accounts are current.

The receptionists at the Jefferson location are rude and unprofessional. I asked if there were any delays and was told there wasn't; there was a delay of almost an hour. When I suggested they let patients know when there are long delays, the response was "we don't control it." I understand they don't control delays, however it's common courtesy to let people know in case they need to reschedule other things. Sadly it's one of the only MFM clinics in Albuquerque so you're stuck dealing with it.

I had the best care here! All the staff where kind and very supportive! Dr. Brown took really great care of me and my baby. I highly recommend going here especially if you have a high risk pregnancy.

First baby - our appt. was to find out the sex and genetic screening. During the ultrasound we were told nothing that the baby was fine, healthy, everything was okay but was pushed off to another room to be asked why we wanted further testing to see if the baby was okay. After going back and forth talking about additional testing they finally reveal that everything looked fine in the first place; like they told us that but actually never did!Second baby - we went to find the sex of the baby but didn't want to be told at the appt. so we specifically asked if they could put it into an envelope. After everything was done, we were not given an envelope - we left the room to go into another, in which the nurse comes in a couple minutes later to hand us more pictures of our baby that she forgot to give us AND THE WRITING OF THE WORD BOY WAS IN PLAIN SIGHT OF HANDING THEM TO ME!! So I found out in the dr. office without my husband also seeing!! We had it all planned out to reveal the sex of the baby and it was ruined!

I wish I could give less than a star. This place is horrible. The front end staff is so rude, same with medical staff. I understand sometimes work is crappy, but wow, it's like they want people to have a bad experience. If you can avoid coming to this place, please do. A baby is a beautiful experience, and this place doesn't understand that.

One of the worst places I have ever been... they Didn't state I couldnt bring my child with me. Scheduled an appointment and they denied me because my son who is obligated to be with me cant come in the hospital... I wouldn't reconmened this place for any sort of services... One of the MD came out anr pretty much said it is what it is.. didn't really care much

My appointment was scheduled for 1:45, and they didn't call me back until 2:30. I did not appreciate having to wait so long. The nurse that did my scan was really kind, that's why I gave them 2 stars. The doctor that came in to discuss my scan was incredibly rude. I won't be coming back.
