My favorite drink is the mi amor drink. It's sweet and creamy and not too strong. The pastries are also good and different.

Line gets long but mainly because they are slow to get stuff done. The coffee is good but some are not available all day. Like the blonde black coffee is mainly in the morning. But my husband does like the coffee.

I was totally surprised when my friend chose this location for our meetup. I first visited this coffee house maybe about 8 years ago. It looked like any other fast food spot. Nothing notable. But last week, I was totally and pleasantly surprised! Besides a few small tables, there were two small couches! Color on the walls! It had transformed into a place that I would enjoy coming back to alone or with friends. Have a meeting or even bring my computer or read from my kindle. Friendly staff too! Good job!

Great place to stop by for coffee and, specifically, for a chance to try NM based coffee shops. Pinon Coffee House isn't quite a standalone shop and has quite a few branches...but it's still worth checking out anyways. My friend from out of town who enjoys coffee wanted to check out local coffee shops while in NM, so we made it a point to check out Pinon Coffee House. I had the Honey Lavender Latte and thought it was ok. Perhaps a little sweeter/has sweeter aromatic smell than I would have liked. For my friend, he had basic straight drip/Americano style coffee...and was ok with it. Nothing bad..but it wasn't his top top choice. We also got Biscochito to try..and perhaps Biscochito really just wasn't out thing...we thought it was too much spice/smell infused in the bakery. Well, opinions vary for sure where Pinon Coffee House stood, because when we stopped by..I swore, half of the people in the coffee shops were tourists/people from out of town who stopped by a shop just like we did!Overall, ok to check coffee out. For me, it was my first time trying Pinon Coffee house and it was decent. However, as a non frequent coffee drinker and someone who tried their coffee and thought it was so so, I probably wouldn't go out of my own way there unless someone (likely from out of town) wants to try it.

Everything I have gotten here is the best! I really enjoyed the lavender coffee freeze a few weeks ago because it was starting to get very hot out. It's also a beautiful drink . I appreciate the local flavors, and the service is always very friendly and helpful with recommendations- I love the drive through and the sticker area. My only sad point is that they only have the one location that I know of- I would love if they had something more north too since I can only go there when I'm dog sitting in that area.

Cute little coffee shop. The decore inside for the holidays was cheerful and welcoming. I got the honey lavender iced latte. My 1st time tasting, it was delish. I forgot to ask for alternative milk, so didn't get to enjoy the whole drink. Several tables inside to complete work or sit and lounge while enjoying your cup of coffee.

Very popular while I was there. The walk-ins steady and the drive-thru busy with over five cars the entire time. Indoor seating is more than it looks like it would be from the outside. Comfortable and inviting. The pasty options are decent. HAD to try the Brown Sugar Scone which was a nice size and tasty. The Blueberry Lemongrass iced tea was okay, but not my main taste...that's on me. I like that they let customers grind coffee the way they like it for the bags they buy. Not a coffee person myself, but it looks like everyone else enjoys that option. And hard not to with the Goggly eyes on the grinder. Haha. The difficult part is getting into the small parking lot. But once situated, the visit is worth it.

I was introduced to this place by my sister. The grounded coffee is very good made at home. When we visit ABQ we come here for the lattes. The workers are not the friendliest. It has gotten worse over the years and today was just unbearable. The screen was broke so I was unable to recall my previous drink name and asked the front cashier and she was upset I didn't know what I wanted. Yes, it is my fault the TV menu is not working and I don't remember the name. I'll stick with the kind people at Starbucks. I tried Piñon... this place is so inconvenient to get to, too.

Yum!! So all I really knew about NM Pinon coffee was the large whole bean coffee bags that I would buy in different flavors throughout the year, when I would brew my coffee at home. Which I love!. Anyway, today I was getting my hair done and my hairdresser told me about this honey lavender latte from Pinon coffeehouse. Now I had no idea they had a regular store with different types of coffee drinks. So after my appt I went straight over there and ordered a honey lavender iced latte with a lavender cloud top. Which is this sweet cream that they put on top of the latte! Good lawd it is so so delicious! It made my day from an already good day to a great day! I definitely will be going back to try the other lattes and drinks. As of now this beats any other fancy iced coffee store around.

I go to Piñon Coffee every time I'm in ABQ. I love the ABQ Fog with the biscochito syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon. It's absolute perfection. They recently had bags of a special Bischo Burn coffee on their display table. I bought a few for gifts to friends and neighbors in Colorado. I can't wait to return next time I'm in town!
