Pinnacle Capital Mortgage - The Eric Chavez Team

We decided to go against the Eric Chavez team's advise. We went with First Mortgage our second appraisal came back at $515,000.00. The Eric Chavez team advised us not to get a second appraisal, due to the fact that it would probably come back at a lower price. Our second appraisal came back at $180,000.00 more than the first one done under the Eric Chavez team. Please be aware do your home work. Had we listened to the Eric Chavez team we would have sold our lot on Rio Grande and Candelaria, because they advised us that the appraisal was accurate and would not go up. They were WRONG! It went up nearly $200,000.00. Beware of the Eric Chavez team!
