This place overwhelmed me a bit. I love thrift shopping, and have been to many other second hand joints around town. There is SO MUCH inventory here, you really need time to go through each corner. It seemed like there were lots of cool things, and somewhat organized, but it feels daunting going through everything. Maybe put less inventory out and rotate it? Not sure how to solve this problem, but it feels very chaotic. In any case, I may or may not stop in again to give it another whirl.

I'm struggling between 3 and 4 stars. LOTS of variety...and somewhat organized, BUT you definitely have to be in the "dig" mindset. Men's and women's are sorted as well as pieces, but sizes and styles are not and prices aren't clear either. The pictures look nothing like what I saw, purses where in baskets or trunks, like I said, be in "dig mode" when you go. It was after Halloween weekend, so it seemed a bit more chaotic, for sure, costumes on the forefront. I went on a "make a deal" day, "buy $100, get $100 worth of merch". Met the owner, distantly engaged (which is what I like) but welcoming and music was great as well. I found some great, worn Doc Martins in my size (women's 11)...and two great belts. None had prices and the owned wanted me to make her an offer on the shoes, after she suggested $45 (I payed $35). Places like these are fantastic because, it's obvious the selection is large and appears to have potential...I would def need to visit multiple times to really find items I was interested in.

Buyer beware! This place sold me a counterfeit coach purse. Make sure that you look at websites that show you how to spot a counterfeit if you're buying a designer handbag from this place. I bought one and when I got home my mom, who worked in a coach store, was quick to point out all the flaws. When I contacted the owner she was insanely rude and offensive. She was indignant and called me a liar. In regards to the store, it is very disorganized, dirty, and the clothes are really poor quality. I spotted many shirts and sweaters with holes/rips. They aren't very picky with the clothes they sell so the place is overly packed and you'd probably have to spend several hours in the store to find 1-2 decent items. In sum, I'd prefer to go to Buffalo Exchange or even Savers for a better and friendlier experience.

Maybe this is common knowledge but customer service standards drop to the negatives when you do a trade in. The woman here made it clear what a complete inconvenience it was for her to set aside 4 minutes for me to bring in some clothes. I got $10 for 10 pieces. I do wish I'd taken the Abercrombie shirts to buffalo instead though. The woman here pointed down on the them and said "I'll only be able to sell any of this for pfft 1 dollar?" And I'm too shy to say anything back ugh. I just felt an overall negative vibe the whole time I was there. Finally found a velvet shirt for $15. I'd like to see some reviews for the new rhino on the east side maybe they're more pleasant. Also no more pink walls :/

Dori was hella cool, there is a lot of stuff in there that's true but it's very boutique feeling and she makes a lot of the stuff her self, if you are into punk/diy fashion this place is perfect, I got some rockstar shoes that I probably couldn't find anywhere else
