We went to the Green Jeans location. It was our first time there. We went at lunch time and were able to easily find a parking. The options for places to sit at this location are awesome! There are so many rooms to choose from. You can enjoy your meal indoors or outdoors. Upstairs indoors was not too busy, but we opted to eat downstairs outside. We had a table close enough to the fire pit so it was nice and warm without being too stifling. The girl at the counter was awesome. She recommended brisket for the meat choice and I was not disappointed. The broth was nice and savory without being salty. I wish the toppings were served on the side and the sauce options were available to put without a limit... but otherwise it was good. A few of the cilantro and basil leaves seemed wilted... but not too many to complain about to anyone. With the option to input it yourself I could have spared putting those in... that being said, the shrimp spring roll was tasty and they had a fried crunchy piece in there that added a nice and different aspect to the roll. Overall it was all tasty.

Pho Kup is in the Green Jean Farmery, which contains Santa Fe Brewing. You can order food in the food court and take it into the brewery, which is what we did. I ordered a 64 ounce, major, pho kup for $11.99. I opted for egg noodles, spicy beef lemongrass broth, and rare steak. On the side, I sprung for the shrimp spring rolls, $6.25, with peanut dipping sauce. The cashier, Cynthia, seemed in a hurry and didn't really explain the different broth options. She gave me a beeper and it took about 10 minutes for my food to arrive. Since it was cold outside, we took our food inside Santa Fe Brewing. Most of the seats were taken, so we sat at the upstairs bar. The broth contained green onions, jalapenos, and daikon. The broth was spicy, but the flavors didn't mesh well. The noodles were overdone, but there seemed to be plenty of nicely cooked steak. An average cup of Pho, I've had much better in New Mexico. However, I'd give them an A+ for quantity. That happened to be a lot of broth to slurp up on a cold day! My spring rolls had something crunchy in them that felt out of place. They were large rolls, but not impressive taste-wise.If you are visiting Green Jeans Food Hall, I'd skip this spot and opt for a burger at the Rustic on the Green restaurant.

We had the spicy beef lemongrass with rice noodles and steak. It was absolutely the most perfect broth. Spicy but not overbearing. Highly recommend!

Pho Kup, newly opened since March, is located inside Green Jean Farmery. This new eatery has an interesting concept in which you get to choose your own noodles, meat and broth and size of the bowl (from a 32 oz or a 64 oz) you want for your pho. Being from California where the pho scene is plentiful and authentic, this place definitely did not match up to what I was expecting. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon around 5:20 pm. After looking over the menu, I ended up ordering:Minor size (32 oz) pho with thin rice noodles, smoke brisket and beef broth, $8.99 prior to tax- For a more traditional meal, I opted for the rice noodles and beef broth. The smoke brisket definitely seemed interesting so I got that. But I wished there was less fat on the meat, although it did taste good. The broth tasted just fine. I liked that my noodles, meat and vegetables were packed separately from the broth. Overall, I thought the pho was just average. Sorry, but I have actually had better.Shrimp Spring Rolls, $5.50 prior to tax- This order came with 2 shrimp rolls and a side of peanut sauce for dipping. This was rather disappointing because the rolls were not wrapped tightly and fell apart while consuming them. Major downfall. The sauce itself was on the sweet side and should be savory.----------------------(Total= $15.76 after tax)While I was waiting for my order (please note that I was the only person in line), I was disappointed to see one of the employees (wearing gloves) move her hair from her face with her hands. She should have switched to new gloves since she contaminated them. Also another employee in the back was showing her a video on his cell phone, who was also wearing gloves. Because he touched his phone, he should also change gloves (actually he probably shouldn't be having his phone out in the food prep area or when you are working). That definitely bothered me.Also even the employee (different from the other 2 described) who took my order was friendly, he knew nothing about the food items. He couldn't tell me anything about the spring rolls, about the broth or anything else on the menu, other that what the menu items came with (which you can just read off the menu). This employee definitely should get a taste testing of all the food items so that he can answer questions the customer may have about the food.Overall, this place was definitely a major let down, but I didn't have high expectations (sorry but when I think of Asian food, I don't often associate that with Albuquerque).

Delicious Pho. We each had a beef brisket pho with beef broth. I had the rice noodles, and my friend had udon noodles. Delicious! The medium bowl was packed with meat, noodles and veggies. They included cilantro, jalapeño pepper slices, and green onion. The spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce was good too. The place was clean and the service was friendly.

The pho here is so good. When you order you just pick from the menu, what kind of noodle you want and the kind of broth, meat and so on. My favorite is switching up noodles and meat but always ordering it with lemongrass broth and extra jalapeno. This combo is generally spicy and packed with flavor. Don't forget to order spring rolls or egg rolls. Even though this place is known for the Pho, the spring rolls with shrimp are so good! The place itself is more of a to-go eatery. However the service is very fast and we never wait too long for the buzzer. You can sit anywhere inside the cute green jeans and order whatever alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic beverages while you're there.

This is just for the bánh mì sandwiches. A little small for them to be 7 1/2 dollars. The cilantro on all of our sandwiches were gross, rotted and black and one little tiny sprig of cilantro is what they put. Having managed a Vietnamese restaurant before if my produce looks like this, I'm not serving it tonight apologizing to my guest saying I'm sorry our cilantro was not up to our standards and we're not putting it on our dishes tonight. Banh mi were really dry no mayo on them!!! they gave us packets of soy sauce, but wasn't told until after the fact that if I wanted Sriracha, it's $.50 additional cash only, who carries quarters nowadays? should've asked when we placed the order if we wanted any hot sauce because it was extra. New to the area probably won't be back to this establishment for any Vietnamese food. Coming from OC, we have huge Vietnamese culture and these aren't that great. Just opened my tofu sandwich tofu looks pathetic and it's the same issue with a cilantro
