I love this place, and these people. They always treat me like I'm their most valued customer, and they have helped me wade through insurance and vaccine records. Great personal service! And they are F-A-S-T. My phone is still warm, and I'm getting a text letting me know my prescriptions are ready! And the drive-up window is an extra added convenience. Good place!

Got the second civid shot ! MODERNA Why would you give a shot and right after poking someone say oops! And then tell the person that they are going to be sick after getting this shot! WHAT Was in THAT SHOT? DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD OBVIOUSLY!

They deliver Rxs and have reasonable prices. The phone is answered by a live person. What more could one ask for?

I like supporting local businesses, however, when the staff is as rude as Jackie I care not to return. I planned on using this pharmacy for product in my new medical spa. After the treatment I received from Miss Jackie, I plan to take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and from a business woman like myself she conducted herself in a very low class and rude demeanor. Will not be returning as long as she works there and I will forewarn all my clients and personal friends to steer clear as well.

I waited for half an hour for them to tell me they could not fill my prescription because they "couldn't verify" a bunch of facts they needed. The clearly gifted would-be crime stopper behind the counter wrote all over the prescription itself. I have no idea why I was left to walk around the nearly-bare store for over half an hour, bored out of my mind, when they had long decided not to fill my prescription. My companion and I were the only customers in the store. It was for #30 5mg methylphenidate tablets. I was clearly trying to pull off a big score. I went around the corner to Walgreens on San Mateo and Central, and the pharmacist said she had no idea why there would have been a problem filling this prescription or verifying any necessary information. I spoke with my doctor and he said a lady from Phil's Pills Regent pharmacy called and started asking him all sorts of intrusive questions that no one ever asks. I was only trying to patronize what must be a dying local store, what with the new Walgreen's around the corner. Apparently the employee's at Phil's Pills think it's okay to judge people for having tattoos and looking different. I don't know what their problem was, but I'm not going to care when they close down.

Phil's is a great pharmacy in ABQ. I travel from the Old Town area and the North Valley for their services. Fabulous treatment and concern and very well trained and professional. Ruth Reidy

I have been using Phil's Pharmacy for many years and have only positive things to say about them. They are helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. i support local businesses whenever possible because i want there to continue to be choices, and the money stays in the community. There are no long lines, and the service is personal and professional. I highly recommend them.

They are great. Cheaper than all the other pharmacies for my meds, quick, professional. Awesome. Best pharmacy in town.
