We've used Pete's several times in the past and have been fairly happy, but last week, we had 2 loads of materials delivered. I met the driver and showed him the tarp where he could put both loads. He placed the mulch as far back as possible so that there would be room for the crusher fines. He said he would be right back with the 2nd load. When I went out later in the afternoon, he had dumped the gravel right in front of our garage door and not on the tarp. We were unable to get our vehicle in or out of the garage, so we ended up shoveling a huge pile of gravel over to the tarp. When we called to complain, they could not have cared less. They basically took our number and never called back. We've gotten literally tons of wood and landscaping materials from them, but unless they make this right, we're done.

Finally a wood provider that ain't telling you "it's raining outside when their peeing on your boots"!!! How many times have you bought wood, only to discover it's half crap wood and light in the ole "4x4x8" category. Well, not these guys. Not only was it all Pinon, as ordered, but they gave me a heavy cord...wow. Guess who's getting my business next year??? Here's a Hint..it ain't the other guys!! ;).

We had ordered 6 tons of landscape soil with the intent to plant grass seed, when it arrived it was FULL of rocks. We called right away once it was delivered and could not get Petes to remove the bad soil or refund it We would NOT recommend that anyone turn to Petes for quality material. We had to reorder from another landscape shop and the quality of soil was much better.E. Stock

Very happy with service and product. I needed 2 cubic yards of soil for a raised garden bed. Pete's delivered the soil to my driveway the day after I placed the order and at a price approximately one-half the quote from Soilutions.

No communication at all!! 3 months to do my front & back yard. Rock, brick & crusher fine. 2 trees removed. Way too much $$$$$$ for what I received I will not refer them at all.

worst service ever. excuse after excuse gotta eat lunch first after james telling me he has estimate for my yard. sending to wrong email address time and time again. then telling me he has to get a drop dead deadline out. well what am I? when I did get printout of the work to be done, it was all incorrect. pavement wrong, bushes where there isn't any, walkway by shed where I wanted a small patio area cemented. so saddened by this service, then James had the adasity to call me up and tell me he doesn't appreciate me calling the office and complaining. also that the drawing was correct, maybe in his world, not mine./
