An amazing group of doctors. Friendly, professional staff. I had two CVS procedures performed here, they went smoothly. My second pregnancy was very high risk, I was monitored appropriately. The doctors here saved my babies life, and likely my own. They used caution, but were not quick to rush into procedures until it was absolutely necessary. Excellent bedside manner, kept me extremely well informed about my health and my childs. With my first pregnancy I traveled across the state to use them. The practice is philanthropic, and donated the beautiful spa at Presbyterian hospital, which makes a stay less stressful for hospitalized moms. And with the practice location, at the hospital, if things do go wrong you are *right there* for the transfer. Special thanks to Dr. Aisenbrey, who showed me the greatest respect and consideration.

You would be better off going elsewhere for the care of your baby. They Perinatal Associates is unorganized and cares more about making money than they do providing health care. They give you a card with your next appointment date and time and then when you show up they tell you, "you don't have an appointment" and they make no apologies for their mistake. One time we also had a doctor who made inappropriate political comments while conducting an exam.

I am very disappointed with Perinatal Alb Nm!!! The tech that did my ultrasound is amazing even though she had to tell me the heartbreaking news that my almost 19 week baby no longer had a heartbeat. :( So I go to see the genetic counselor and to get my results for my chromosomal testing!!! I went to the 201 cedar address! I understand that place is suppose to be a happy time but it also deals with sad ones as well! I go to check in and The receptionist there broke my heart all over again when asked to fill out paper work instead of her takin gout the papers for an ultra sound she says please fill out everything except the last page that is for an ultrasound WHICH YOU WONT BE HAVING ONE TODAY!!! Why couldnt she just kindly remove the paper before handing me the clipboard!!! I am sure they have a detailed reason of their patients and why they are going in. So I go in talk to the M.D and the counselor whom were LOVELY people but my first impression of the office was already bad due to receptionist. Any who I get my test done and I also needed to check my thyroid. M.D told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get the results of the genetic which is fine but 8 days later I am concerned about my thyroid so I call back one of the ladies said ok I will have a nurse call you with the results well I waited ALL day with no call. So I call the next day and talk to someone else. Ok I will leave a message and the counselor will get back to you in between patients either by the end of today or tomorrow morning well Here I sit and still NO CALL BACK!!! very disappointing on the service they are providing for a grieving mom trying to find out answers to why she has lost two babies and to know if it would happen again in the future. THANKS A LOT PERINATAL ASSOCIATES its very comforting know you guys are here for any questions or concerns! ( being very sarcastic with that thank you)
