Zero Stars! Don't let your young adults shop here..Perfection Honda, pretty womaned my daughter and son in law..Honda missed a huge sale by pre judging these young adults.My son in law is a huge car collector and researched the vehicle he wanted to add to his collection, but no one wanted to wait on them.. why, because their ages, because they were dressed down?My daughter's hand bag and hair extensions should have displayed money.. but they were young and in street clothes.. you dropped the ball HONDA! They had one person approach them after they waited so long and within a minute looked at the young adults and lied to their face wouldn't even offer to show any cars.. Quickly telling him the car he wanted was out of stock... we know it wasn't.. it was there. Some people do research.Shame Shame!They're now traveling to Texas to buy the same car that is AVAILABLE and in stock at Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho. You failed HONDA!I would drop perfection from your name.. it's false advertising.Btw: some 25year olds are successful and can afford nice things.. I hope all your sales people learn not to judge what they think people could afford.Don't let your young adults shop here. They Discriminate!Btw: My son in law is a sales person and makes upwards of 10grand a month at 25yrs of age he could teach you all something about Customer Service. Zero Stars!

Not impressed. Salesman wanted to run around on his phone all day bragging about busy he was. Left me waiting a lot while he took care of this guy or that guy. Loved to tell me how didn't need to make the sale, so he wasn't too worried if I didn't like the numbers. Didn't feel real appreciated and it was a bad start.As to the meat and potatoes of buying a car, they use these "cash offer" websites to lure you in and then start running numbers games. Want to play the "we're short inventory" game. Meh, lots of dealers in town have lots of cars. I had been in previously on a weekend and there were salespeople everywhere looking bored. These guys need to read the room - the market is shifting on cars right now. High interest rates and unnecessary markups are pushing people to repair their cars - high times are coming to an end.UPDATE - Ryon and I did talk and he was a very kind listener. Only future reviews will tell if things improve.

turns out the cost of the plates was also a fib from Bornmeyer...came in 400 under what he claimed in his less than stellar acting performance 3 weeks ago when I caught them trying to dump their mistake on me. Why would you come here? Really?

I've seen mixed reviews on this dealership but our experience was excellent!! I bought a preowned Jeep Wrangler. Price was right and I know that because I've done my research! I was let down by another dealership on a deal we wanted and they sold before we could get there. That happens so Zac our sales person was open and honest about what we can expect. We put down a deposit on our car so that it would be there when we drove from Amarillo to get it. Zac had us do a good test drive and let us go over the entire car to make sure it was what they said it was. When it came to financing we had a wonderful experience with Alex! He was very knowledgeable and kind and let us know our options. We got what we wanted and he wasn't pushy or annoying like some finance folks can be. I just can't say enough about these guys and what kind people they are. We drove the Jeep home in inclement weather and it drove and handled like a champ! I definitely broke it in driving it home. So happy

I made an appointment on July 31 2023 and was scheduled for August 11 2023. I called this afternoon to make sure they had the parts are were ready to get the job done tomorrow. After verifying the appointment I asked if the parts were in house. I was sent to the parts department. Very disturbing call with her telling me that I needed to have ordered the parts myself and the service department does not do that. WHAT? I have never had to call the parts department for a job being done at a auto repair shop. That is their job to make sure of it. My mind is blown away with folks that don't know how to fulfill the job or be a team co-worker. Make sure folks if you are getting your car repaired at this location you need to order the parts yourself.

My first time here. Came in for a Honda Recall Notice I received. Continuing tweaks to the airbag system. I think this is the 3rd or 4th airbag recall replacement/adjustment that have been made over the last several years. Previous airbag replacement (twice) and tweaks were done by a Honda dealer in Tempe, AZ. When I arrived with my special "you need to fix ASAP - possible inflator explosion" letter, Perfection Honda got me in the same day. Coffee, answered a few emails, and an hour later I was on my way. My new Service Advisor - Chris Gurule - was super helpful and professional.Absolutely nothing to complain about . . . but, I hope that Honda has finally gotten the endless airbag fiasco solved.

We just had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2024 Honda CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid.We new what we wanted and they happened to have one in stock. Our Salesman Josh Coleman was GREAT. He took the time to explain the different options available. There was never any pressure. He listened well and got the answers we needed.I especially loved the fact that the Salespersons at Perfection were not like other Dealerships. There was not a feeling of Vultures circling and racing to any customer that steps on the lot.We liked the fact that there were no overpriced add-ons or exorbitant "Fair Market Value" mark ups. We arrived from out of town to trade our two cars for a Honda. The staff were friendly and helpful. Things were already agreed upon but it still took 3 hours to complete the transaction. These things take time. You get complimentary coffee and water. They give you travel mugs and key chains. Definitely not a stingy dealership. However...can I just ask WHAT is the deal with the toilet paper?? You are allotted one square per attempt. One square is all you get. You gotta go back and try again and again. Nobody uses one square! Please Perfection Honda don't make your customers wrestle the toilet paper holder. Take those pesky blocks off and let that paper flow freely. I promise we won't use one square too many! You offer me water and coffee and expect one square will suffice. It won't. Had to take a star off due to my frustrating afternoon.

I think their sales staff attended classes on how to waste your time. I was passed off from one salesperson to another, then half way through the negotiation process the second salesperson left and started helping another customer without telling me leaving me sitting for half an hour wasting my time. I repeatedly ask for an itemized out the door price but was repeatedly shown a monthly financing price. Even though I asked for an out the door pricing they kept asking about down payment and credit scores and if I had a trade in. Buckled under and let them appraise my trade and they undervalued by over $5000 according to KBB and Edmunds. Finally had to ask the sales manager to give me my keys back that she was holding onto even after they continued wasting my time.
