Just don't. Don't buy here. What could have been and should have been a painless experience just keeps on giving headache after headache.Within days after purchase: there appear to be electrical problems and a window on the passenger side that groans and stops halfway down. Unfortunately, I'm having to drive back to where I live near Idaho so I'm unable to get into "perfection"Honda. I've sent film of the groaning window and received a message asking me if I wanted to come in and buy a car... Sent further text messages and spoke to someone who claimed to be a "manager" but they were there on their off day...when I spoke to the salesman he said the manager has to handle it...when I spoke to the manager he said the salesman has to handle it... Typical buck passing. Makes me think of that Spider-Man meme, where the Spideys are all pointing at each other ...This is going to get interesting I'm sure .Update: After having to SCREAM , I finally got the salesman to call Twin Falls Idaho Honda and set up an appointment, explain what the situation was etc...After all, it's a brand new car that shouldn't be in this condition at all. Why am I having to deal with this? Later, as I was driving down the road I got a call from Twin Falls Honda who said "bring your car and we will get it right in." I went and true to their word got right in. It turns out the window regulator is toasted... I used the window once ...how does this happen ? Service rep there had to drag the vin number out of the salesman who according to her asked her to call me with no vin etc...Thankfully she asked the right questions and got the pertinent information. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with the thing, a brand new car...The dealer in Twin Falls incredulously wondered the same thing .Whoever inspected this vehicle or did the pre-service set up was completely derelict. That is, if it happened at all. I will wait two weeks, spend several more hours of my valuable time and have to drive another hundred miles to get the regulator installed that should have been caught before this thing left the lot in Albuquerque. So much for taking the pain out of car buying.It just goes to show when they're trying to get your money they'll be friendly but in order to get any kind of service that should be customary once said money has changed hands, one must pull out the flamethrower to get any results . My recommendation, if you're going to buy a Honda don't do it here or if you do press every button and check every possible feature unlike me who foolishly trusted that it had been done and then still think again...if there are no repercussions should they welch don't expect it to happen at all.Update: 10 February 2024:Paid my fees, taxes for my state etc at time of sale...was assured that my plates would be coming and that "Perfection" handles this all the time...only to later have it attempted by Jessica Apodaca of "Perfection" that "there's a problem and things will have to be handled differently"-likely translation, we blew it off, didn't know what was entailed and now that its past the due date and there will be a fine we want you to just go deal with it. This AFTER the 30 day legally required limit...Again, I insisted that they stand by their word (guessing it was either blown off or they didn't understand the actual cost). Rather than telling me from word go or informing me of the problem early as I even called Jessica Apodaca when at the DMV the day before the 30 day mark to turn in my former plates Jessica said "NO, we're going to handle it, its being processed by the service" Now I'm not in compliance, can be fined 1k per offence, can have my car impounded...All because of either incompetence, sloppiness or simply greed...maybe a combination. I have a car that has already had problems that I"m paying significant money for and am afraid to drive. I have spoken with them since then on a number of occasions where they assured me that the plates are being handled at "significant" expense. It is two weeks later... over 6 weeks since the purchase of the car. The "Perfection" experience.

After buying six or seven Honda civics and accords, Annabelle found the best possible deal for me with a Honda Civic touring sedan that I did not even know existed in the Honda family of cars.The whole buying process was the best experience I have had and I've had many! From vehicle preparation to evaluating my 2021 Honda Civic EXL, the cooperation and vigilance was superb.I also have experience with another Honda dealer in town but there is no comparison to Perfection Honda and especially Annabelle and Monica.Perhaps the most important thing to say is that they stand by their warranties, including a total engine replacement that happened with me in one of my Civics about a dozen years ago. Their word is golden -- especially Annabelle's word in sales as is Adam Embree's word in finance!Great experience! Super cars!

Got a oil change and asked about replacing my windshield. Luis Villicana was very helpful and friendly. Service was fast, took less than an hour. Will definitely be back for other maintenance in the future!

GO AGAIN? Yes, because I'm out-of-state and needed a repair immediately. Called first thing in the morning, was told to come in right away and was all finished by 11:30 am. Would have been 5 stars but there was a mix-up in keeping me informed.

This dealership completely ripped off my mother when she bought a used Honda from their certified cars. She purchased the car in August of 2012 last year, they kept giving her the hard sale of you will have no problem trading this car in. She paid $13,000 for a used 2005 civic with 89,000 miles on it. The $13,000 included a $1000.00 warranty. I went to three different Honda dealerships to trade it in because the car is uncomfortable and has had problems since last August and EVERYONE SAID SHE WAS MASSIVELY RIPPED OFF! They offered me $4000 for the car that she paid $13,000 for 7 months ago. These people have horrible ethics, I so wish there was karma, nice of them to take an advantage of an older single woman. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE

I'm so glad I tried Perfection Auto for my Honda CR-V maintenance. I've been a Honda owner for over 30 years and take great care of my cars. I have used Precision Honda in Tucson (they are terrific) and another place when in Albuquerque. Now that I'm living full time in Albuquerque - I decided I needed a change. After checking out the reviews, I decided to give Perfection a try. I received a courteous welcome from Christy, my Service Advisor. She kept me fully informed. All the maintenance was done while I waited in the pristine waiting area. The work was outstanding. I'll be going back. I highly recommend Perfection.
