Perez Plaster

They fixed some patches in my stucco. The color is never going to match. The issue with them is they use cheap products that within 2 weeks their repairs were falling off. Good thing is they came back to fix. Bad part is they sprayed my clear WINDOWS with paint. Good news is they said they would come clean it. Bad news is THEY DID NOT come clean, though they cleaned 1/2 of the windows. This is a family owned business and the workers are nice. But if the owner or son is not on the crew you're going to get awful work. Upside- it was $1300 for repairs. Downside- you get low cost repair that does not withstand the rest of time. I don't know if I'll use them again, the difficult part is that a lot of stucco companies will only redo your WHOLE house, so for touch-up repairs you're limited in options. Tisuque Stucco sent me to them.

I had Perez Plaster come in for restucco of my old home and the team worked professionally in every aspect of the way, from quoting to actually doing the work.The days of the work, the team showed up on time and early in the morning as expected and communicated. The team members were all nice and polite and happy to help in any way they could. They also communicated about the work they would be doing and did a great job cleaning up each day, and not leaving the place messy like some other places would.The stucco work they did was perfect! I kept looking at my home and really enjoyed and definitely felt I made the right decision to go with Perez Plaster. Perez Plaster just completed the stucco on our home. It is beautiful! The color suggested by the company is perfect. When we bought the home the stucco on a room addition had failed. Perez Plaster started from scratch and the stucco is now perfect.The workers were very efficient. All the windows and vigas were covered to ensure the wood stayed free of stucco. All the debris was cleared. We had Perez Plaster stucco a condo we own about four years ago and that stucco is still beautiful. We highly recommend Perez Plaster for your stucco needs.

mr perez, cecilia, and their whole team were prompt, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. we had several cracks in our stucco and a courtyard block wall that needed repaired. they gave us options ranging from more temporary repairs to complete restucco. for budget reasons, we opted for the more temporary repairs. the repairs came out absolutely beautiful. we will definitely be only using perez plaster for all our plaster, stucco, and masonry needs!

Came out today to give an estimate to restucco parapets. Told us they were in good shape, did not need to be redone at this time. We would have never known, as we are both in our late 70's and could not get up on the roof. This is a company I would totally trust - honest and truthful (something that is hard to find today). We have been wanting our house restucco'd for quit a while now. and have been in the the process of getting estimates... Wife and I contacted Perez plaster corp and they sent out Daniel.. really nice man that explained everything that they would do and went into detail .. ( other people we called didn't ) indicating that they would dig below ground level and all the steps that would be taken... We decided to go with Perez Plaster because I just felt more comfortable with them. and when they started, it was a coordinated display of "Getting things done" with the hardest working crew that were equally as nice as could be! I was also impressed that the owner was on site and was so nice and professional as can be, as was the rest of the crew... The work done was way beyond my expectations and we get complemented quite often.. so from beginning to end, lady that took the call, to clean up crew we were satisfied.. and would recommend this company to friends and family that is considering using this company ..

My wife and I have owned our fair share of houses, one we had built, and over the years we have had a lot of home remodeling work done. We've worked with very good contractors to very poor ones. None have exceeded my expectations like Claudino (owner of Perez Plaster). We contracted with him to re-stucco our home in Edgewood, NM. He has a seven person crew (most of which have been with the company for 10 years or more), and they are all very skilled, professional, efficient, and go out of their way to provide good service. Claudino's bid was very reasonable, and the proposal included more quality materials and techniques than the other larger companies that I contacted. From start to finish, this crew is clean, neat, and respectful of your property. They get the job done quickly, and neatly - they even pick up all their trash. Claudino is on-site supervising his people from start to finish. The skill of the workmanship is evident by the outcome. I am very pleased to recommend this company if you need stucco work on your home or business.
