I've a monthly subscription that I send to a friend. The team is great. The flowers usually last about a week, sometimes longer. However, if you are needing something delivered to a school, be certain to ensure that you ask for an AM delivery. I had a birthday delivery that didn't arrive at the school until after the teachers left for the day. Need I say, a missed opportunity to add to that person's day.

Love love love this flower shop! They had everything we were looking for. They even knew all the flowers my daughter's cats were allergic to. The flowers are just stunning and a huge assortment. They also have beautiful plants and cute little trinkets too. They saved the day for us!

I'm so happy at how my photos turned out. We used The People's Flowers for our "John & Yoko" inspired shoot. I called in advance to ask what store would have carnations and loose petals. Though I usually go to the location off Central, I was directed to come here. The flower selection is AMAZING. SO FRESH! Vibrant. But bring a sweater because it's cold in here. Our carnations lasted for almost an additional month. This tells you HOW FRESH things are here. The customer service was fast, friendly, and educational. The 2020-COVID restrictions are being upheld. That is important. The price is absolutely reasonable. Thank you for making our day!!10/10 will come back.

My husband surprised me with birthday flowers from this shop and they are absolutely beautiful! He was initially going to go to another nearby florist but a few of his coworkers recommended he go to Peoples. He was really happy with the process and the selection! And I can vouch that the flowers are high quality and arranged beautifully! Highly recommend this florist!

During my hospital stay, my parents sent me the most beautiful flower arrangement. The delivery person brought them straight to my room and was so kind. She genuinely wished me well in my recovery and since I couldn't put water in the vase myself, she made sure they had fresh water to stay beautiful. The flowers themselves are stunning and smell incredible. To be honest, I've never understood receiving flowers in the hospital (and I'm in there a lot!) because it's just one more thing to carry when you get out. Usually, I receive well-meaning flowers from the hospital gift shops that just look sad. This arrangement from Peoples, however, actually brought true cheerfulness and joy to my room. It really brightened my spirits and I can't stop looking at them! They are so beautiful and inspiring! I keep them close to me because they smell so wonderful.

My friend ordered flowers for my birthday and was told they would arrive by 2pm. 5pm rolls around and they have not been delivered. The woman on the phone told me they couldn't take them to a different address and would just cancel my order. Zero apology or customer service skills. Immediately got a called after saying no we're going to take them to your house, perfect! No one ever showed up and whoever tried to contact me just ignored my calls instead of communicating they were not coming. It's a random Thursday and you can't get flowers down the street? Learn customer service skills and do better. Or better yet if you're reading this, take your business anywhere else! You've been warned.

They made me a beautiful bouquet and matching boutonnière for my husband and I for our last minute elopement. They were very kind and helpful. Thank you!

I ordered flowers on 4/1924 to be delivered before noon on 5/4/24. The flowers were delivered late with 1/4 of the vase filled with water. In addition the orchids were withered and dry along with the greenery. I'm very disappointed in the service and product that was delivered. I will not be ordering flowers again from people's flowers.

We ordered 8 corsages and a bridal bouquet for a small wedding. Thank goodness we didn't order more. I called a month before to add a corsage (we originally had 7) and they couldn't find my order after giving them my name, my soon to be husbands name, and both phone numbers. Finally after several minutes, I mentioned it was a wedding coming soon and they said "oh! it's for a wedding? you should've said so that's different". Umm ok. So I was able to add to the order. I called 3 days before the wedding and again they couldn't find my order. I gave names, numbers, mentioned wedding and still couldn't find it. I told them this was the second time they lost my order and I was getting concerned and worried. The woman laughed and didn't address concerns just said she'd put me on hold. Then she came back and said I needed to contact the store I made the order with. I said I thought that was the store I called but she was at the Montgomery store. She gave me their number and so I called. I received the Eubank store!! She tried to help and couldn't find it either. She said so I wasn't on hold she'd look into it and call me back. About an hour later a man who said was a manager called and said he found the order and made sure the flowers were there. I was only partly relieved because it didn't sound too reassuring. I called the next day to be safe and the girl found the order right away. The only reason it got 1 star was because its the lowest I can give and they did arrive 30 mins early. None of the corsages were labeled (which would've been helpful to others trying to help while I was getting ready) and they weren't all the way we ordered. This company has several stores with each given a different phone number on the websites but its like playing Russian roulette getting the store you called. Never once did I get the store I tried for without getting rerouted a few times. They have no organization, their employees are not on the same page, nor the stores. I chose this company because they've been around a long time and I thought they'd be good. They have massively gone down hill. Very chaotic. Not reassuring for customers. With the exception of one that seemed to know what they were doing, employees need better training and the company needs to develop a better phone system. Example: one main number and then press 1 for Eubank, press 2 for Candelaria and so forth. I'm surprised this company is still open. I will never go with them again. I will go elsewhere or make my own arrangements. It will be cheaper, nicer, and I will know my flowers will be there and ready. A bride/groom should not have to stress over things as easy as a small flower order.
