I can't say enough about how beautiful the flowers my husband sent from People's flowers are this year!! The photo doesn't even do them justice. That are much larger in person. In this photo they are 4 days old and have been blooming more each day. The Lillie's are the most gorgeous shade of bright pink and smell so good. I can smell them as I come down the stairs every morning my husband loves to send me flowers so I have become very spoiled and fussy about them over the years and these are the best quality by far!!!

The team at Peoples flowers was amazing from the initial consultation through delivery. My flowers were beautiful and the bouquets very very full! Weddings are huge expenses and Peoples Flowers was very reasonably priced! My bouquets consisted of white peonies with pink and white roses. Thankfully peonies were in season but the quality of mine were top notch. One bouquet was missing ribbon but we called and they had someone come out to us within twenty minutes to put the ribbon on. Definitely top notch service. Thank you peoples flowers!

I'm always happy with Peoples...until today. A few weeks ago I placed a Valentine's Day pick up order online. No problems. Today, I receive a call stating they do not allow pickups on Feb 13th or 14th. Whhhhaaat??? My options were to get charged for delivery or pickup the flowers 2-3 days early. Yes, I'd love to give my sweetie old flowers. Thanks. When I informed them I'd like to cancel there was no offer to deliver for free or make it right. Here's my suggestion, and I know this is crazy so stick with me, configure your website to block off pickups for those days year round. Not just a month before. It will save customers time and your employees won't have to call us.

I ordered flowers as a housewarming gift for my friend who'd recently moved to Albuquerque. She ended up not being home when they went to her house, so the delivery lady called and texted her and then called and texted me to arrange another delivery time. She was super nice and accommodating - I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mike. They ended up arranging with my friend to deliver them the following day and my friend loved them- said it was a beautiful arrangement. I'd definitely recommend doing business with this company, and will do so again if I ever get the opportunity!

Wow! Just wow! Amazing job Devon did on my arrangement for Adam. She was very helpful in choosing an arrangement that fits his favorite colors, orange and purple. I asked about including The Bird of Paradise, which she added three. Since I'm in California, it was difficult for me to see what the arrangement first hand, but I was sent a picture just before his services. What a beautiful way to honor a man of 38 years, who fought cancer for 16 of it, with such a beautiful arrangement as he's now in paradise! Thank you, Devon. You did an amazing job. I am completely pleased and will definitely recommend your shop to other family members! Bravo!!!

I will never suggest anyone EVER use people's flowers for any reason. I deliver for Melba's flowers, I know how long an arrangement should last. The funeral was yesterday at 1, the arrangement is in the coolest room in the house and the flowers are dying. See the pictures. This is at least a $300 arrangement.

Horrible customer service. Went in to get some flowers for some table arrangements I was making and upon walking in was greeted by a young woman and after explaining what I needed she rudely showed me to the refrigerated section and told me get what I needed. After picking the flowers I proceeded to check out and then asked if I would be able to put my vases together there, at which time a lady from the back shouted that no I could not do that. After leaving I called the store to leave a complaint and the supposed owner called me back and argued with me and told me I was wrong. All the employees at this store need some serious customer service training. My family and I have been coming to this flower shop for years but will never step foot in their store again.

our daughter recently got married. She was going to crochet her wedding bouquet so she could always have it. The week of the wedding as she was finishing it she got sick and could not finish it. we called People's Flowers and were desperate. while they do have some regulations in place to keep this very situation from happening, we were told that we would have to use flowers they had on hand and it had to be a free style bouquet because all of their wedding consultants were booked understandably. did I mention this was on a Thursday and the wedding was on the following Saturday. The people at People's Flowers were so great to help us with a wedding bouquet and a boutonniere plus flowers for the cakes and they were all perfect. I will use people's for all my floral needs in the future. Thank you so very much for saving our daughters wedding!

I highly recommend NOT coming here for your wedding or any important event. The quality we were given was terrible. The experience was awful and disappointing for our wedding. The day of the wedding, we received our flowers and they were in the worst quality they could have possibly been in. Disappointingly enough, it was noticeable in our wedding photos and overall experience. Most of the flowers provided were dry. The flowers that were pink or white looked more brown than pink or white, the flowers had a brown hue to the petals and continued browning at the church, the centerpiece flower arrangement, and the flower girls bouquets were a lot smaller than what had been described to us, the boutonnieres kept falling off of the men, especially the groom. We contacted them to express our disappointment, hoping for a genuine apology and to request a refund that we felt would be fair. A refund was given, but it was not discussed with us or one we felt was fair. They tried justifying to us why they were dry by saying verbatim, "it was a warm day which would account for some of them drying a bit," which disappointed us even more. They didn't care to apologize, respond after that or be customer focused. Terrible experience for a wedding. If we could help a bride and groom or anyone for that matter, to NOT experience what we did, then I hope this review helps. Do better! Unable to post photos google, so I'll share here.

My out of state children sent me flowers for Christmas through People's. Their website says they deliver to my area, but apparently that's a lie. Instead they called another florist who is located closer and transferred the order to them (taking their cut first, no doubt). The arrangement was butt-ugly and the flowers were not terribly fresh and contained a variety of flowers the orderers know I particularly dislike, and would never order for me. Threw it out because I was so upset.
