PC Place II

Amazing isn't a strong enough word. These guys are fabulous. I went in there with a 25 year old crashed hard drive. When he called me a day later and told me that the process they were using didn't work, not only was I suspicious but in my mind, I questioned whether or not this was part of the plan. He was going to have to use a better software tool to try and recover my data.This took a week! They rebuilt everything onto a refurbished dell laptop. Any questions I had about the validity of their reviews went right out the window. Our tech, whose name was Dylan, was absolutely amazing. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I am extremely thankful that they are there. Don't even consider going anywhere else for any of your computer needs.

I love places like this!! I called ahead to see what cases they had in stock and was able to pick one up. The experience from phone to build was awesome. It was smooth, painless and transparent. I originally went in looking for a less expensive case and they let me see the options in my price range but this be quiet case caught my eye. While it was a bit out of my price range, the staff was not pushing me in any way to get it which goes to show that they really do want their customers to be happy and satisfied. They let me know the advantages and disadvantages of the case and also walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of those in my price range. Ultimately, I picked the be quiet case and I am super happy with it. Thanks for the experience and the service!!

I've been dealing with PC Place II for several years. They are by far the best computer techs. in all of Albuquerque.There's not a computer problem they can't correct.They're reasonably priced coupled with fast service.They are definitely a 5 star group of technicians.I highly recommend PC PLACE II

Just purchased a new Brother laser printer at a very good price. It feels good to support a local business rather than a big box store. Very personal and quick service. Very happy.

I've been going to this place for years. They are trustworthy, very friendly, and got the job done quickly. Extremely happy with their service.

Before you replace your PC because some other computer repair store told you your PC can't be fixed don't believe them. It can be fixed at PC Place. I speak from experience. About two years ago I took my laptop to PC Place. A couple of days later it was fixed and upgraded with virus protection. They will tell you upfront what the problem is and how much it's going to cost. They don't try to talk you into adding things you don't need. In the two years since my laptop was repaired at PC Place I have not had one spec of trouble.

So far my experience has only been a phone conversation with Charles AND it is for that reason alone that I have given 5 stars. He communicates well. He listens to you even though you may not be at the level of his expertise. After all, that is why you called him. Right? So right now my gut says that I will be actually doing business with PC Place II. Then I will add to this review and/or revise it accordingly. Charles, keep up the excellent customer service. You never know what a few minutes of quality conversation may bring you, and I can see that it is your philosophy by how well you treated me on the phone just now.

I've been coming to them for the last 4 years, since we moved to Albuquerque. They have always been top drawer with their service, their knowledge, and taking good care of their customer. Their prices are very reasonable, and the work gets done efficiently and timely. They patiently answer any question, my "non-binary inclined" mind can throw at them. Everyone you meet in the store is friendly, in good humor, and has a sweet spirit. It's definitely my "PC place" to go.

I purchased a rebuilt Del desktop computer with Windows 7 OS three months ago from PC PLACE and it's been running perfectly ever since.The help and service was excellent and I give PC PLACE a 5 star rating.I highly recommend them.

Turned out that all they needed to do to resolve the problem was to reinstall OS X and they were too stupid to do that. They also left fingerprints inside the display glass and that is just sloppy work.
