Parker’s Pizza

Today we had a wonderful treat! We had the best pizza from Parker's Pizza in Bosque Farms. We were their first order of the day. They had just set up/fired up and the pizzas were made quickly and exactly as I ordered them. We had a rattlesnake: pepperoni & green chile (I added ham) The second pizza was a Hawaiian: pineapple & hamA side of very tasty homemade Ranch dressing. Yum!Crust had a nice crisp to it and was similar to hand tossed. The green Chile was very flavorful and had the perfect amount of heat. We've been Waiting to try this pizza and was definitely worth the wait.

It was pasta day and came across this pizza truck. Hands down the best green chile cheese bread! Enough cheese, chili and travels good! I can wait to go back and get some pizza. I have been following their IG page for a long time and wanted to try them but, they are usually out in Los Lunas or Belen so I haven't been able to try them. I finally had the chance this past weekend and they are phenomenal! The customer service is friendly and welcoming. I texted them my preorder on Thursday for Friday and they were very quick to respond and confirm my order. They were generous with the ranch and the pizzas were delicious! We ordered a pepperoni, land of enchantment and a half pepperoni half ham & pineapple and 3 orders of zucchini. The fried zucchini tasted fresh with a light batter and the zucchini was still a little crisp, not mushy at all. My pepperoni pizza was perfect! It honestly reminded me of how pizza hut pizzas used to taste back in the day but, not as greasy or pan style. The crust was crispy and had good flavor, the sauce had a lite spiciness to it and tasted fresh, the pepperonis where perfectly toasted! Honestly, just the best pizza ice had in a long time! I wish I had taken a pic of my pizza but, I was too busy devouring it! The customer service at pickup was friendly and they interacted with us asking how we heard about them. And the truck looked very clean and well cared for. You can tell they take pride in their product. I will continue to stalk their IG and find my moment to order from them again!

Great pizza! Tried the mozzarella sticks (served with marinara and ranch), and three kinds of pizza (Hawaiian, green chile and pepperoni, and the night's special meatball). Everything was delicious and made to order. Green chile had good flavor and just the right amount of heat. The crust is crispy and the marinara sauce is great! We will definitely be looking forward to the next time the truck is out.

Parkers provided pizzas for the company I work fors annual picnic and they were so great! Really good pizza! Timely service, would absolutely recommend!
