Excellent roof repair, I have my roof inspected and fixed they were always answered the phone when I have a question. They have completed their work at my house on the scheduled date and the manager arrived the next day to inspect it to make sure the repair was done correctly.Very happy with the service provided by paramount roofing.

We had Paramount put a metal roof on our NE Heights mid-century house in January. They were great--fast, courteous, excellent communicators, on time and on budget, and the results are excellent. We just had an electrician here to do some work and he asked who did the roofing because he admired the work so much. Highly recommended in every way.

I did so much research before committing to a roofing company - previously had a bad experience with some local ABQ roofers - and from the moment I contacted Paramount Roofing I felt completely at ease. The whole process was organized, informative and on time. And my new roof looks beautiful!! This is the company to go with!

Let's face it, there are a ton of roofing contractors in ABQ...and I've legit spent months getting quotes and more importantly, searching for an honest roofing company that could meet our needs and budget too. This is where Paramount Roofing comes in. From my initial call with Greg, to continued communication with Mike, it has been nothing short of exceptional. Kate called to confirm our scheduled time to commence work. Hugo and his crew showed up early everyday day during the roofing process, and kept us informed too, which is awesome! Mike, his office and roofing crew went ABOVE & BEYOND during the process from initial concerns to job completion!

You might want to exercise caution when considering Paramount for a TPO roof. We got a new TPO roof last May - when it finally started raining here, I noticed that there was substantial ponding and most of the canales were not carrying any water off the roof. We're talking ten days or more after rain - there's water on the roof. Now the house has signs of water intrusion. Many calls to Paramount (or, as it turns out, to one of their contractors), there is still no plan or timeline to fix this. The contractor twice suggested that since the City had inspected the roof, there couldn't possibly be any problems. Not only is that logic ridiculous, it turns out Paramount never had the roof inspected. As far as the City knows, the work was never performed.At the moment, there is a thick layer of ice on one part of the roof that never drains. The snow from a week ago is melting each day, but since it can't drain, it refreezes every night. So, unless you really like to be stressed out each time it rains or snows, or unless you enjoy getting on your roof with a broom, cuidado.

We loved working with Paramount Roofing to replace our flat roof. We received estimates from 2 other companies but Paramount was the only one that addressed issues we had with our shingled roof as well. They were very, very thorough and the gentlemen that did the work were hard working and patient when we asked for clarification. Their estimate came in at a very fair price considering the extra shingle roof maintenance. We feel justified in giving Paramount the highest rating possible.

Could not have had a better experience for roof repair. Everyone that we dealt with was great, from the office-based people to the supervisor who came out to oversee the project. The workers even volunteered to help with a project that my wife and I were doing that was unrelated to the roof. The pricing was fair, and they came when they said, etc. Several hours after the repair was done, the supervisor returned and marked a few areas that he was unhappy with. The workers came back later that day, actually in good spirits, and did the minor touch-ups. It proved to be good timing, because several days later we had the big snowstorm and had no leaks.

We had our entire commercial building done by Paramount Roofing. They gave us a lifetime warranty on the new roof. When leaks would occur, and they did every single time it rained, I would have to call them, and they would have to come out and repair their perfect roof. I would have to stop my work and work around their schedule to allow them access to my offices and roof every single time a repair was needed. Why did I need so many repairs?I finally had to replace all of the drains coming off the building. These had to be built and installed. Paramount outsources this kind of work. The person they hired to do this was not available for 6-8 weeks out. It was raining daily, and the tremendous leaks damaged much of my office equipment.I found someone else who Paramount Roofing approved to get this job done with emails and texts to prove the approval. But now they say my warranty is voided. My roof still leaks and will continue to leak due to their poor workmanship.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I can not say enough about Paramount Roofing. They were incredibly professional and customer service oriented! From Ernie who answers the phone to set a time for appraisal, then Mike who gave us the appraisal and Donovan who worked on our roof, they were amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They showed before and after pictures that really helped as I can not get on the roof. Very competitively priced. Got the job done in a very timely manner.I would definitely recommend this company!!

Man, don't get an inspection from them. Got an inspection before buying house and they used a drone. Said roof didn't look good but needed minor repairs. When an actual human went up turned out a new roof was needed instantly. I am talking tears on this one. Painful.
