I had come by initially 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening just to see what they had available in car audio after visiting a big box store. Not intending to buy on the spot, I was more interested in the selection available and cost. I was greeted by a very helpful young lady that showed me where they were set up and told me that although they were close to closing, it was a local family business and I could take as much time as needed.I was impressed with the service provided and asked for a quote on a receiver fully installed before leaving. I came back the following Tuesday, and although they didn't have a particular part needed for my model vehicle on hand, they made a couple of calls and was able to acquire it within a couple of hours. They had gone up and above what I would have expected in order to not have to schedule later in the week when their next opening was available. Driving in from Rio Rancho, that was greatly appreciated.Mom and pop shops like this local gem is definitely worth bragging about and will certainly will continue to get my business.

I'm a boomer. The last time I did anything with a car stereo it had a cassette player. So when I went here for help, Ervey was the man! He realized that I'm clueless, so he patiently explained everything I needed and wanted, even though I myself wasn't aware. In short matter he'd fixed my 4 Runner and we were good to go. The price was right and the service exceptional. I've found a home for all my auto stereo needs! Thank you!

I went in for an alarm for my car, got a quote, then went home to research. I found almost all of the components half the price elsewhere. Negotiated with the salesman and agreed to a price. One full 7 hour day with my car wasn't sufficient. I didn't take delivery of my car until after 9pm and the job was incomplete. They wanted to add components that weren't needed according to Compustar. I had to bring it back later to finish it with an extra $160 charge for a compinent the installer admitted he didnt have nor install. I left it with them another entire day, still wasn't complete. Brought back again for more work to be done, finally...resolution. here we are 2 weeks later, and the alarm won't reset with the driver door anymore. I have to open and close ANY other door than the drivers door for the car to shut off. I'm afraid to take it back...but I have to.

Wow what a horrible experience dealing with Erv However Mike the owner seems like a pleasant person after speaking with him but Erv appears to have the owner wrapped around his finger. Mike told me that numerous people including himself has had issues with his behavior towards customers and employees but he refuses to let him go because he sells a lot of product which keeps his business going. I respect someone who does everything they can to keep their business a float but to have someone that toxic around is doing more harm than good in my opinion. I wish Mike the best of luck with his business and as far as Erv goes, he needs to learn quite a bit about how to conduct himself in a professional manner or one day someone might not have the patience that Mike and I share.

I am a big believer in shopping local. Unfortunately sometimes we get caught up in the deals at the big box places.I stand corrected. I went to Paradise Village where they take their time to talk with you, They wanted to know exactly what I was looking for, what I needed, etc. Don and Chewy were great. I hired their company to install the TVs and Audio system I purchased there. They set up the date, they were on time, they did an amazing job. They call themselves the electronic experts, I guess they really are. Very happy I went here!!!!

The head guy there with long hair, omg. He stood outside and argued with me about how the 3 point video rear view mirror worked. Then, he had me (female) follow him inside to prove his point. When he realized he was wrong, he doubled the price of the quote they had given me. I couldn't continue business with that man, so I took my money elsewhere. It's okay not to be up on the latest technology, but you shouldn't mistreat customers.

I recently had taken my 2009 Lexus Is 250 to get the screen and A/C fixed and when I walked in Irvin was the one to help me out and said he had just fixed a lexus like mine up, making me think they knew what they were doing. We then bought the parts supposedly needed which were the kit and the after market screen. And keep in mind they kept the car for far longer then needed (1week). So I went in 2 days later for something and that's when he told me this was his first go at one of these cars. He had no real knowledge on this type of car. All research was being done in front of me on Google. But after all they put in the after market screen but my A/C still had not work which was the main reason for buying the screen and kit not because I needed Bluetooth. He then told me to buy a factory screen which may be the reason why the a/c isn't working so in reality never needed to buy the after market screen. Once I realized this store didn't know what they were doing I asked for a refund and that's where they only returned the screen and the kit. I Payed 1200 in total and only gave me back 850. So technically payed 350 for no reason. Bad business here and very unprofessional. If Ervin didn't know how to fix my car instead of charging me all this and making me buy all this and that should've just said to take it somewhere else.

A little over a year ago I had a Viper Alarm installed on my 2018 Harley Davidson. What was supposed to be a simple install took almost a week. When I got the bike back I got pulled over for a headlight issue. Also the engine light came on and I had Harley Davidson look at it and was asked why didn't the installer go through the harness specifically made for Alarms? Fast forward a year and I'm having work done on the bike and the new installer is asking me questions about why there were so many loose wires and broken connections. The thing was hardwired everywhere and is a mess. The comment made "this looks like some backyard crap!" I am not happy. I'm now having to pull this worthless $800 alarm out of my bike because of the wiring issues and a half assed job by Paradise village technicians. Fact is, Paradise does not know what they are doing and I'm out $$$. I trusted these guys with my expensive bike and I got crapped on!
