Gas prices are going down around the city except for this gas station. This gas station continues to be the most expensive in the area for gas! The employees are awesome but the owners are greedy! SMH

do not use this service station if you can help it. they care zero about service and i am not hard to please. my experience there was remarkably unpleasant. drove car to the back to get a tire plugged and was told no plugs and to come back in the morning which i did, i drove back this morning a young kid was sitting on his ass playing on his phone i got out of the car and watched as he continued to play swipe left on grinder or what ever the hell he was doing and waited for the words " may i help you? " or perhaps good morning sir" or maybe " what can i do for you?" to formulate in his brain which never materialized so i finally said good morning i need this nail pulled out of right front tire and plugged. response was we can't do it. i said "oh i was told to come back and get it done this morning". he said "we don't have any plugs." i said "well why don't you drive 5 minutes up the road and get some at the parts store?" or better yet i said "i will go get them for you" . i do not have an air compressor otherwise i would just pull the nail and plug it myself. he said we can't do that. at this point i am astounded that a service station that plugs tires can't figure out how to get some plugs for tires in the city. i called the owner and he told me the same thing, " i don't have plugs." he then proceeded to tell me he only uses a certain type of nylon plug and he is waiting on back order which is the dumbest fucking thing i have ever heard as if he offers some kind of guarantee with the magic plugs that come from a magical place where they are on back order. give me a break, you can't get them at any parts store in town. anyways i drove to a mexican tire shoppe on 4th street and was warmly greeted and helped by the owner who pulled the screw out of the tire and he then told me that it had not pierced the tire and no air was leaking he tried to give me my $20.00 back which i refused and handed him another $20.00 for being a decent person who cares about providing customer service and being helpful. so dear readers use literally any other tire shopp in town especially look for ones that have llantas spray painted on the building , they are interested in earning your business!! paradise chevron is not a "service" station it's a circle k with terrible service and gas.

I don't know about you, but I'd much rather support a local mechanic that one of the many large National chains in town. This place came highly recommended on NextDoor, so I stopped by after I bought a car hoping for a quick emissions check. They were able to fit me in right away and finished the test in about 15 minutes. No gimmicks, no trying to sell me other services I didn't need. I'll definitely be coming back for all my service needs in the future! FYI, they don't do alignment work, but will refer you to another local shop for that.

We have been going to Ron and Joe for over 2 years now. Recently my daughter bought a car that has turned out to be a money pit. Paradise Chevron has replaced the battery and the alternator within the past year. Two days ago my daughter came home from work and her car died after she pulled in the driveway. She called Chevron the next day and they told her to bring It in. The car started on its own but died at a stoplight about 1/2 mile from the garage. We called the shop and told them our predicament. They were going to call a tow truck for us but said It could be up to an hour. Ten minutes later, Ron and Joe pulled up behind us with a portable charger, jumped the car, and drove It to the shop so my daughter didn't have to get stuck again (I was following her in my van). They replaced the alternator, free of charge (under warranty), and didn't bill us for coming to our rescue. These guys always go above and beyond. I don't know if they are the cheapest or not, but they are honest and always go above and beyond in the area of customer service!

We're new to the city and state. Our son in law spoke highly of Joe and the garage. What a wonderful place! Joe did our emissions quickly and efficiently! Extremely friendly. In and out with no troubles. Our emissions paperwork in hand.

Mechanic Lucky misdiagnosed our vehicle and then yelled and became aggressive when we brought proof of that after we had to get a second opinion due to continued problems after paying them 900 dollars. The owner didn't make it right.

I rented a u-haul moving storage truck, on Friday, 12.13.24. At approximately 2:00 PM. The first concern that I incurred was I had to wait each time a customer came in. The employee who assisted me, and started to complete my contractual agreement for the rental. And, would help each customer out that came in, with either lottery tickets or gas. Then, when the contract was complete. The customer service representative did not communicate anything regards to completing an inspection of the moving truck, for damage via a text. If he did, I would have immediately completed it. The only reason I know this, was after I called U-Haul customer service. I realized immediately, prior to leaving the property that the front bumper had damage. As I was driving to my home, within 5 minutes of driving. The tire light appeared. I did call the Chevron station later, and spoke to a representative. To address the front bumper. He was not very helpful. I left my name and number, he indicated the owner would call me in morning. I never received a call from owner. I also realized that the rear roll up gate was not opening or latching. Which was a major concern, due to the fact. I had got my finger pitched in the latching device. Trying to latch the roll up door, to ensure it's latched, so my personal items would not slide out, or be insecure. After not getting assistance from the store representative. I called spoke to U-Haul customer service. I was able to address my concerns with the inspection process and the damaged bumper, and the tire light that was immediately noticed. The u-haul representative should have indicated the inspection process would be a text that has a hyperlink. As the store representative should have communicated the aforementioned to me. The next morning which was Saturday, 12.14.24. I noticed the drivers side front tire was low. I called customer service, with U-Haul to address the tire. The representative informed me to take the moving storage truck, to a gas station and fill the tire up. You would think, that the customer service representative would have sent a roadside assistance representative, out to address. However, the he representative did not. I did not address the rear latch with the U-Haul representative the evening before. As, it was oversight on my part. However, I did mention it to the representative on Saturday morning. Later on that afternoon, it goes from bad to worse. The check engine light came on. I immediately contacted U-Hall customer service. I explained to the representative, this was now the third instance I had to contact U-Haul customer service. The representative indicated she have to transfer me to to roadside assistance. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. She did state loudevand clear. That when I originally called in Friday evening. The customer service representative should have transferred me over to roadside assistance to address the tire concern. The same goes for Saturday morning with the tire being low. I should have been transferred to roadside assistance. She indicated that she would document my concerns. She also stated to me, in good faith. That, another moving van could have been offered to me. Especially, after the second and third call. And, after telling the roadside assistant representative, all of my issues. I was transferred to a manager. Where I was able to address all of my concerns. The supervisor was apologetic. We discussed a way to address, the horrible experience, with the moving storage van, and a way it could be made right. I asked for the second day, to not be be charged. Since. I would have my vehicle back by 4:30 PM. Approximately, 2.5 hours after, the 24 hour period for a single day. After dealing with the absolute nightmare. I was anxious to return the vehicle. The person who greeted me, was the same representative, who originally assisted me when I picked up the vehicle. He stated, "he did not assist me" when I originally came in. Obviously, was not true. He was aware of all the issues I had incurred. He indicated, the bumper was already notated, as being damaged, and duly noted. He did see all, 3 lights on, when he checked for final mileage. And, did say he would ensure the vehicle was taken out of service. He also mention that rear latch had been problematic. Enough said. I would never ever rent a U-Haul from this location ever again. Was the moving truck properly inspected before it was rented me. I will let you be the judge? Also, after all of my calls to U-Haul. I was charged the full amount, as well as the second day. Again, a nightmarish experience. I am glad the nightmare is over. No bueno!

Always a pleasure doing business with the auto repair at Chevron. The mechanic is very knowledgeable, friendly and does excellent work! He tells you exactly what the problem is instead of trying to make an extra dollar and selling you services that aren't needed.

Attempted to get an emissions test but mechanic said he did not have to wear a face mask when asked about it. Because I did not feel safe having an unmasked person in my car, I went elsewhere.
