Why are the black out curtains cut?
More filth
Is this a booger? Is it a snot wipe? Is it something worse? It's certainly not a clean sheet...
A small portion of the garbage under this bed
Bread on a table with dirty cup rings and spills
Filth behind the nightstand when I went to plug in the lights
What is this slash in the side of the couch?

King size bed, one bedroom, pull out couch bed. Perfect for an overnight stop on our way to Houston, Tx. We checked in after 11:00 and had no issues. They had a decent hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and hash browns. You could also make your own waffles and if course they had a cold breakfast section. Good visit for a great price. We would stay here again.

I cannot believe how disgusting this place is! Our first room had a rattling A/C and duct tape covering a hole in the window so April (the only good thing about this hotel) moved us to another room. There was food and napkins and plastic and garbage and a Vaseline container and a 2 L bottle of soda under the beds, there was a smear of boogers/snot/?? on the sheets, there was a giant booger on the nightstand, there was food behind the nightstand, food on a table by the couch, garbage behind the dresser, the carpets were not vacuumed, stains on the couch and chair, the side of the couch had been cut, the black out curtains had been cut, I am still appalled and taken aback at how filthy and disgusting this room was. We were told twice that the manager did not have time/want to speak to us; when we went to the desk we were told she actually wasn't on the property. I'm not sure which one of those stories was true but at least April was friendly and helpful and got us a refund. I would never recommend this filthy disgusting place to anybody ever. The Howard Johnson next-door is a five-star hotel compared to this. I wish I could attach the video because it shows so much more than the pics. Absolutely disgusting.

I wish I didn't have to give this property even one star. Their violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act was the final straw in this saga. If you read no further than this DO NOT BOOK HERE!I hate long reviews as much as the next guy, but I thought this was worth a novel length review.I had booked another hotel but as a former hotel desk clerk I know that there are really good discounts on last minute bookings, and that is where I should have left that thought, fleeting and fading. I found this hotel and the price was great almost $30 a night cheaper than my existing reservation. I did all the right things, checked out the comments looked at the pictures, etc. It seemed to be okay. It wasn't the Ritz-Carlton but it didn't even come up to the low standard that I had given it. First thing that set of my lizard brain was the signage. I knew from my short investigation that it had been a previous Quality Inn & Suites, but when I pulled in the curb sign was a white washed sign with a large banner with the name on it. The exterior had that we are closed look to it. When I walked in the lobby was clean but dark, and had a weird chemical smell. I walked up to the desk that was behind a large bullet resistant glass window, flag#2. Started to check in and the clerk asked for the IDs of all the ults staying in the room, red flag#2, from my experience working in Vegas hotels this is a practice used to discourage others from using your property for illegal purposes, but each owner has their rules. I had prepaid my stay through hotels.com thinking that after a day of driving I wanted to just get my family in a room and relax, but during the check in I was told that I need to leave a cash deposit of $100, but when I inquired as to why of they already had my payment they were quick to waive that fee, this is where everything turned ugly. The final flag! My daughter that suffers from debilitating PTSD, Multiple Sclerosis, and mental disorders has a service dog. When I reminded the clerk that as stated in my reservation that we were traveling with a service dog, she replied that they require a$50 pet fee. I informed her that they were not allowed by law to charge extra for her she said that I needed to show paperwork that she was a service dog. Total violation of the ADA. a business can ask if she is a service dog, but only if she is not wearing a vest stating she is, they can inquire as to the service animal's duties but cannot require you to show them. Our service dog is 2.5 pound dog trainer to alert to high anxiety and emotional storms. She wears a bright purple vest clearly marked "service dog" and had tags stating that she is certified and registered with Service Dogs of America. Because the clerk was not familiar with the law she called her manager who explained that I was right but they would diffently need previously waived deposit because of the dog. Which is in violation of the act. By now I was upset and my daughter was in the edge of a rural melt down, I decided that I should have listened when I first drove into the parking lot. So I went into my email to get the reservation# so that I could call hotels.com to affect a refund of my prepaid room, and I found an email that was sent to me by the property as I was driving across my state that the heating and air conditioning as not working! Seems theb young lady at the front desk skipped over that little detail during her extortion of money for our service dog!I will end this like it began I wish that there was a way to give this property negative stars!!!! No one with a disability should be subject to this kind of treatment, remember that just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I spent 3 days at this hovel in a disgusting atmosphere and attitudes. I paid over $500 for 3 days during the Balloon Fiesta and could not move due to availability. For that price they did not even give me cleaning service on Saturday or Sunday. The food for breakfast was meager and extremely simple. The hallways smelled of must and dirt and the parking lot was filthy. I would not stay here ever again and would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
