Paloma Landing was the perfect find for my mom as a senior residence. Her apartment floorplan is spacious and the facilities are well-maintained, bright and sunny, and easy to access. The services are all-encompassing and mom will tell you that the food is some of the best she has had anywhere, especially the homemade soups prepared by the chefs. The residents here are a diverse group of individuals with fascinating life experiences that help fill her days with engagement and community. Best of all are the community managers, Joe and Bruna, who genuinely care about each individual resident as though they are part of their own family. From running activities to managing staff to taking time to know each resident by name and how they take their coffee, their dedication to making a difference others' lives is evident in everything they do. My Dad lived at Paloma Landing a little over 3 years. We recently had to move him to a higher level of care. He thoroughly enjoyed the time he spent at Paloma Landing. He had a comfortable, efficiently located apartment. He made friends and enjoyed the company of the other residents. He enjoyed the staff and the community dining room. My Dad is a very social person so he needs to be around people. A very nice feature is the two management teams live on site in their own apartments. It was a comfort to know I was able to call them if I could not get in touch with my Dad. The management teams do change every so often - and some of the teams have been outstanding. The corporation that owns them is Hawthorne Senior Living located in Oregon. They have representatives in the building quite frequently and are always open to visit and discuss matters. Paloma Landing in moderately priced for an Independent Living Senior Community and well maintained. I can recommend Paloma Landing as an Independent Senior Community.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My aunt, an original and long time resident of 11 years was kicked out by a complaining new resident bully! No efforts to resolve the issue were made, they just believed the new resident. She must be paying more money. How does a grumpy, nothing better to do person have that much power!

Great place to spend my time! Residents and staff are all friendly and happy! I have worked for their on-site home care and have recently joined their staff. We have a great team and family!

If you are looking for a place for your parents that caters to residents with "sodium restrictions", this is not the place. Mother has been hospitalized 5+times for enema. Staff is more concerned about their likes rather then the residents requests.Someone should tell the Activities Director there is more to life than Bingo and Bean Bag Baseball.
