They double the price then offer 1/2 off of select items . No thank you . I bought almost the exact same Katrina doll(I believe the amuse manufacture ) for 600 at another store instead of the asking 1200 price here

I visited the Palms Trading Company based on word-of-mouth from locals and I was not disappointed. The prices were fair and the people working there very knowledgeable and didn't try to haggle and was able to assist me on my purchase.More importantly, I got the vibe that this wasn't a part of town that tourists frequent. I highly recommend this shop and specifically for jewelry.

I came here face on a suggestion from a yelper and I'm really glad that I came. The selection here is huge! They not only have jewelry but other Native American art and artifacts. A lot of the jewelry is automatically 50% off of the price that smart which makes you feel like you're getting a much better deal. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I came in looking to purchase some turquoise earrings as gifts for relatives and also to look at jewelry pieces for myself. The staff was very patient with me as I pulled out different trays to see their different items. I ultimately decided on a Creek turquoise pendant and bracelet. I love my pieces and can't wait to wear them! I plan on returning so that I can make additional purchases.

This store has been on my "must go" list for months I finally made it here today and was pleasantly surprised. It is now my favorite place to go for Indian jewelry. While their display area is smaller, their prices are lower than the store I've been frequenting. They also have Talavera Suns that are already beckoning me back. This is the store I will go to first the next time company is in town and ready to shop. It's definitely worth your time and its proximity to Old Town is another plus

A few days ago, I was sorting through my closet and ran across some Southwestern mementos from the days that I lived in Los Alamos. I fondly remember my Saturday shopping trips into Albuquerque in general and at the State Fair grounds flea market and the Palms Trading Company in particular. The Palms has been around for a long time and their selection, service, and prices have been one of the reasons that I keep returning to the Land of Enchantment.Gayle was less impressed with my turquoise treasures, especially the bolo tie. She eventually wore me down and prevailed on me to put it away before I dared to wear it in public. She also implied that Universe ending paradoxes would occur if I didn't see it her way. I'd prefer to think that I'm ahead of the fashion curve and that someday my "hip" style will be properly recognized as I proudly get my "Bolo On".

I always stop here when I visit Albuquerque. I buy all my Native American jewelry here. When I compare what I buy with other places, I truly get a bargain. Friendly staff. Great pottery. They deal directly with the artists. Best prices in Albuquerque. Go Dodgers (private joke).

I needed several New Mexico Pueblo pottery as gifts to take with me on a business trip. The staff was unbelievable helpful and patient with me. The item selection in store is incredible. There are items at all price points. I would highly recommend shopping here if you want original Pueblo pottery.

Don't bother trying to shop here. Went the shop door was locked (which is understandable) HOWEVER the clerk made eye contact with me repeatedly and just flat out ignored me. I tried to call which also went ignored. So instead of getting to shop I left without ever getting to see anything. Very disappointed given the high reviews of this jewelry shop.

Great selection, great customer service. AND great prices! If you are in town for a short stay, this is a must stop for all Native American art work. We originally found this gem of a store 25 years ago, and today it is just as wonderful!
