Zero Stars. Horrible company. My townhouse was great until they took over. There are Mice that I have complained about many times. They let the property get overgrown and run to crap, and then they jacked the rent by 40% Without Updating Anything. They also got my lease wrong and gave me an eviction notice when I was still under my original lease. Do not lease from this company!!!!

I called and called about getting the refund promised me. I never got a call back. The one time I got a call about something else, I was told there would be follow up on another issue. Guess what...no follow up. Getting sick of the empty promises. Will have to go to the office for any resolution.

As of 9/26/23 my HVAC has still not been repaired after several more visits to the office and speaking to the maintenance manager who lied to my face and said that it would be checked out the next day and it wasn't, to today after having to call the leasing # because no one answers the maintenance # and when they do your told they don't do maintenance? So I call the leasing # and it was answered, the call was totally unprofessional and I was told that my repairs are put on hold for emergencies and my HVAC is not a priority WTF and was very rude PLEASE DO NOT lease here you'll be sorry management are nothing but liers and I mean all of them!!!!

So we have had a crack in our bathtub since December that they won't fix. These people have quite literally destroyed our home and community in just one year of owning these apartments. We have lived here almost 7 years and didnt have any issue with the old land lord. Gbe jacked up or rent and refuses to fix health concerns like a crack in our tub and bubbling in the wall next to it. Black mold is forming. I am disabled due to multiple sclerosis so us being forced to live in black mold isn't safe. Our floor boards are falling in on our second floor. The building is separating from the foundation. All stuff we asked to have fixed and they refuse. We have had neighbors have lap tops missing after maintence was in their unit when they were at work. This company has left dumpsters and garbage all over the property attracting bugs, rats and mice. They puteviction notices on our door saying we didn't pay rent on time when we did and then go oops it was an error. The emotional torment from these heartless people is above and beyond awful. If you want to live in a waking nightmare live here.
