Palace Avenue Books

Glad I found this hidden gem of a bookshop. A little cramped by most people's standards, but that's only due to the immense collection of books within the space. The owner, Carl, is a wonderful gentlemen who really has a great deal of knowledge and stories from the area. He assisted me in finding some books and CDs from the classical section at a great price. Would happily go back if I'm ever in town again.

Palace Books is a fantastic place to spend time away from the hustle of everyday life on the streets. Carl, the owner, is a great guy with a font of knowledge about local events and personalities and is always willing to help in a book search. I am from the DFW area of Texas and always make it a point to visit Palace Books whenever I am in Santa Fe, NM!
