I have heard of this type of wine+paint event so many times but never really tried it...because..I don't really drink and never was really an art person or anyone with artistic skills or much interests in arts at all. Heck, before attending an event at Painting with a Twist, I never really painted in my life even! So, trying a painting event here was completely outside of my comfort zone..and I was so glad I tried it!The space was welcoming and I loved that Barbara the teacher for my glow in the dark painting session made me and everyone feel comfortable. Never even once did I ever feel like I was so bad at painting! The instructions were easy enough for me to roughly follow..and I loved that Barbara left a lot of room for us to do things on our own and not have to follow her guidances at all if we don't want. Heck, if any one of us decided we wanted to paint something else on our own..she said it would be ok, too!I loved that the 2.5-3 hours sessions went by fast! It was a friendly, easy going session and just a fun thing to do..something new to try if you never been to one for sure.Try attending an event at Painting with a Twist out if you never tried it! For a price of around $40...you get a few hours of fun event to attend..to try out some of your artistic skills...and..the best thing..your painting from an event to go home with you, too! After attending this event, I would definitely love to explore and attend more events there for sure. For events like..paint your pet portrait, for example was super interesting and an attractive option for me to check out as my next class!

Best paint nite in town! I've done several. Love that it is a permanent space, has alcohol on site and has cameras!Let me tell you what a game changer the camera is. You can clearly see the painting from wherever you are in the room! The instructor is miked and you can hear them clearly, even with the ambiance music, which was great! Took my husband for his first time and he loved it and wants to do it again! Thanks for an amazing date nite!

Had a blast!! They provided lots of yummy snacks and good beer on tap! The artist gave us plenty of time to work on our painting. But one piece of advice bring you own small paint brush!! They provide you with a big flat one and another fairly large one so for any fine lines it's basically impossible! Hence why our stems for our flowers look like seaweed!

So fun! My boyfriend and I went here for a date night, and we had the best time! They've got a good selection of drinks to choose from, and they're not too pricy. Barbara really helped to make our time entertaining. I love how they're able to break down the seemingly complicated paintings. We can't wait to go back again!

What an amazing place for a fun night out! My 2 friends and I came here tonight for a girl's night. I arrived before my group and was greeted kindly at the door. The owner spent time explaining everything to me since it was my first time. She was so kind! They offer alcohol, which is way cool for this type of experience. I loved that they had something for everyone - beer, wine, cocktails, wine slushes, non alcoholic drinks. Now to the painting- it was so much fun. And that's coming from someone who can't draw a straight line! We had Brittany as our artist leading our paint and she was patient, encouraging, and made the instructions easy to understand no matter the experience level. We signed up for a blacklight painting, which I highly recommend. The majority of the time was in the light but the lights were turned off a couple times to check out how they look in black light. I LOVE how mine turned out! When I left, I instantly checked what was coming up because I had so much fun! The people who work here are amazing and overall it's just a wonderful night out- date night, girl's night out, bachelorette parties, etc. GO HERE!!!!

Cancelled the class I booked and then told me they don't do refunds. I do not live in town and chose this as a birthday activity so it's not possible to reschedule. Do not give this company your money it's a scam.

FUN FUN FUN! A great first time or couple's date. The instructor was reassuring and made everyone feel relaxed. Good selection of alcohol was present and you can also bring your own snacks. I will be back for their pet painting or for their black light painting session!

Occasionally, I'll run into places that I know I'll return to. Part of it is that I'm 6'7", and when I run into something in the most literal of senses, it's very likely that I'll hit my head again at the same place. It just happens. I'm used to it. This place is one of those places. Only, I didn't literally run into this place, I very metaphorically ran into it via the intrawebs. I had never done a paint and sip thing before, so I wasn't sure if this meant paint with a brush and then drink the paint, or if it meant paint and then drink a gallon of milk for the gallon challenge, and then paint some more. I wasn't sure, but i was determined. Cliff's Amusement Park has closed, my date options were limited, and this place seemed interesting. What do millennials say when you're happy with a decision? Something like "Best. Decision. Ever." Well, I'm a millennial, so I'll use that phrase: "Best. Decision. Ever." I loved this place! The wine was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and made me and my date feel at home. I half expected them to break out one of those floor mats that said "Bienvenido a casa" before we walked in. You can tell how much I enjoy people by how long I talk with them after saying "well, time to go." Ten second means, "I appreciate this person because they're a person and people are people but I want to go." 1 minute means, "This person is neato burrito, but still. I'm outta here." It was 15 or so minutes for these people. That means "I genuinely like them!" And the art, oh, the art! I felt like Vance Joy. Wait, Vince Goy. Wait. Van Gough. The artist that's good at painting. They were encouraging, and I even told my date next to me, "I have found my voice!" They encouraged each person to find their own style, to which I looked at my jeans and shirt and thought to myself, "But.. I have.." Ten minutes later when I saw many circles inside of other circles on my canvas, I realized what they meant and felt liberated from society's standards. "Stay inside the lines? By golly I will NOT!" I loved that, because it made the process more enjoyable. All in all, I love this place. It's therapeutic, a GREAT date idea, and incredibly friendly staff. I felt at ease, and would MOST certainly return with the same date (cuz she enjoyed it, too).

Terrible customer service! You reserve your spot months in advanced, prepaying, and then they cancel your reservation only a few hours ahead of time with no explanation then refuse to refund the class or even respond to inquiries. Very unprofessional.
