Over the Top Garage Doors

The company was able to come out the day after my phone call to take a look at my garage door opener and then set up a service call based on my schedule within a few days. Logan came out and did an absolutely tremendous job. He spent a good chunk of his time just fine tuning my garage door to make sure that that worked perfectly before putting on the new door opener, which is really nice, state of the art, quiet, bright, and very functional. The unit and the service call were both very cost-effective as well. I have zero complaints with the company. My only complaint is that the new Liftmaster unit is not backwards compatible with some of my car based openers and aftermarket openers. Fantastic service from the company!

Ordered a new door. Need to wait 3 to 4 weeks for installation. Meanwhile current door is inoperable. Will check back in after job is done to complete re

I had an excellent experience with Over the Top Garage Doors, LLC this morning. On Wednesday, my garage door stuck in the fully open position. They arrived within 15 minutes of my call and fixed the problem. Figuring it was time to replace the opener, I made an appointment for the opener to be replaced this morning. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and gave an very detailed explanation on the workings of the opener and the controls. Price was exactly as I was quoted. They finished in about an hour !!!! Highly recommend !!!

I'm over the moon with Over the Top! I needed my garage door replaced and these guys were UH-MAZING! Honestly, don't bother going anywhere else if you're "humming & ha'ing" ... lemme put it like this: Jeff & Corey are customer service PRO's! I went with Over the Top since I saw them mentioned on NextDoor several times from neighbors; I'm so glad I did! Jeff gave me a call after I submitted a request through their website, then he & Corey swung by to see what all needed to be done. Super polite, very informative and reasonably priced! Fast forward a week later, they showed up this morning with my new door, replaced the hardware, wheels and the frame since that was all jacked up as well! I looks so pretty and it was all done in an hour and a half (if that)! While they programmed our new remotes, Corey changed the bulbs out from the motor since he was "already up there", which was great since I've been meaning to do that (oops). I DEFINITELY recommend them!!

Friendly family operated business. Great instal and timely. I noticed damage on a panel after the install and called. I promptly received an appt for a fix.

The installers from Over the Top Garage Doors were professional from the time I called them for an estimate to the completion of the project. They installed new rollers on the rails, a new spring, and a new, quiet opener that includes a built-in camera and LED lights. Just having the new lights in our garage already makes a difference! They also added a steel brace to our existing door, which got rid of a popping noise during the lift cycle. The new system is so quiet that our neighbors no longer will be notified every time we exit or enter our garage with our cars.

Outstanding experience with Over the Top! Garage door spring broken. Called them on a Saturday, and they fixed it on the following Monday. Been thinking about a new opener. They answered all my questions and set up installation the next Friday. Called me to let us know they were done early with job before ours. Finished installation, set up our cars and explained how to register and download app so we can control door from our phones. Flawless!

When I called I made contact with the owner on my 1st attempt. He set me up with an appointment for the next morning. When they got here at 8:00 (not holding my up all day) they were professional and ready to work. They replaced my door springs, adjusted the chain and lubricated the roller in less than an hour. I really big on supporting local business and I will never call any other company for my garage service. Thanks you Over The Top.

If you want someone honest, who does great work at a competitive price? Jeff is your guy!! I wouldn't trust anyone els to work on my garage door!

Jeff and Corey were spectacular. They fixed my garage door within an hour also. They even serviced my other door (needed oiling and stabilizing a part of the door) so that it would function better. Loved their service and professional, but friendly demeanor. Couldn't have asked for more! So glad I got referred to them!
