Outrider Pump & Well Service

I do wish I didn't have to leave the earlier review. It is all true in my perspective, but Josh Chavez, the owner did call and make things right. We agreed on a refund amount for the faulty equipment and he honored that. He has always been helpful and respectful even though we had a hard time communicating for a while. Give him a chance. I hope you can approach your needs and the problem he needs to solve with more information than I had when we started this months-long project. I do appreciate his willingness to jump in and help me solve another problem with a major leak in the backyard. He and his team fixed that and we havent had any trouble since!

Josh and his team arr8ved on time to home in Los Lunas, diagnosed and repaired our well issue in one day for a great price. Team was courteous andtimely. We will definitely use Outrider again!

Seriously Yall .... if you're looking for pump service and you live close to Santa Fe, don't even think about trying to get somebody from Santa Fe. Call these guys !! Josh is incredible!!. He's a problem solver... he fixed my 20 year old well using a high power pump at about 500ft. $5800 bucks is VERY reasonable for this service Josh is very responsive and professional has all the right equipment including half million dollar trucks for pumps and full on well drilling trucks. He saved me $60,000 as most professionals I talked to advised sinking a new well ...that was not necessary!! I really cannot say enough about Josh and Outrider. They are responsive, professional, and on time !

They came out quickly ! Yet dropped the ball ! Our well went out and the owners fathers came over quickly . He said his son was back logged . Told us the problem got the water on , said his son would be back the next day. I called the father said they were delayed on a job and could they come later that days or the next ? I said sure ! I called the next two days and have yet to hear from them . Too bad

I called Ron a month ago for an estimate on having a well dug in Los Lunas, NM. He seemed friendly enough but I had to chase him for 3 weeks to get an estimate. I told him that I am in a time crunch to get this done but that didn't seem to matter to him or his son Josh. Over and over again, I asked for an estimate, sent to my email or mailed to me and never got it. I finally called yesterday & he agreed to meet me at the local Post Office. When I got there, he opened the truck door, and said that he could not do the job at the promised price of $7500.00. Here is the most ridiculous reason of all. He thought I said Square Deal Road, when I never said that, since I had never heard of that road. In text messages, I not only gave him the legal description, I gave both of them directions and cross streets. Then he drops the bomb that he can't do it for the $7500.00, their price is $18,000.00 which is over twice, what was promised. I can't afford that and I told him so. He and his girlfriend seemed to think that this was some kind of a joke. It isn't funny and it wasn't funny. I needed help, and all I got was fobbed off and what is worse, they did not live up to the price they quoted me. If this passes for customer service, leave me out. Never call Outrider Pump Service in Tome, New Mexico.

I have had 4 different companies attempt to figure out why my home had low water pressure and sputtering water, INCLUDING the companies that installed my well and water filtration system. NONE of them could figure it out. Within the first 15 minutes of inspection, Joshua found and FIXED the problem. I am amazed and grateful.

Reached an agreement with Josh to provide me a new well to provide water to my four zone sprinkler system. They drove a well that only produces 7gpm and additionally sold me a pump the exact same size as the new pump the system already had on it stating that I needed a bigger pump. In the process of driving the new well they broke one of my supply lines to the system. I had to hire a different contractor to fix the leak. The well does not provide sufficient water to run even one zone of my system. Josh will not accept my calls now.

Rip off, overpriced and wont answer phones for issues after installation. Charged us $6800 for just the new pump and we later found out that it should have only cost us around $2400.00-the whole bill was $8400. Issues with the pump going on and off the day after. Would not answer the phone and the voicemail "was not set up". Another pump guy came and said it was completely miswired. Their rating with the BBB is a F. Did not check with the BBB but will from now on. Don't want to give them a star but wont let me post unless I do.
