I used to love Organtica. Their products are still decent but their social media communication and how they treat their patients is horrible. I really only come in now if there is a special product or to see the nurse at 420 Connect for my card.The big problem is their social media manager and giveaway person. He rigs everything to give the prizes away to his friends. Honestly, that's really not that big of a deal. It's more about the fun of the hunt. But if you have everyone out there playing, especially in the cold, let people know when stuff is over.The manager even contacted me to apologize after the last time we participated and told me they were all very confused by his behavior but he's still doing the same stuff. It's hard to trust someone with your medication when shady stuff is happening like this. I used to go to Organtica for my oil capsules for my seizures but now I get my oils at other dispensaries.

I can't review products just yet as I do not have my medical card. This review is purely based off my appointment to get my medical card. I will update the review once I am able to actually purchase. Getting an appointment for the medical card was pretty straight forward and easy. I called 420 Connect and they where very helpful and answered my bazillion questions. I was able to get an appointment for the following week which was a pleasant surprise!I arrived only 5 min early per their request, which was to cut down on how many people are in the waiting area. Waiting area was clean and brightly decorated. I broke my back years ago and being able to sit on a comfortable loveseat vs the standard waiting room chairs of pain was a huge relief. Especially since I did indeed have to wait. I think I was finally called back 20mins after my appointment time. I was entertained however by the engrossing documentary playing on the TV. The lady who conducted the appointment was very kind and professional. She was able to step me through each part and answered every question. She listened attentively when I inevitably overshared my whole life story. Oops!The whole process was so much easier then I had imagined and now I wish I had done this years ago!

I have been using about 5 dispensaries around ABQ as I get my feet wet in using THC, attempting to solve pain issues. Finally decided on the best and will going forward only go to Organtica on menual. In these difficult times ordering is so easy. Just call them to order and drive to parking lot and call them saying you are there. They will walk out check your medical cards and ID. I typically only do edibles and tincture. I've found quality here is the best.

I stopped in to see how it was and was shown samples which were nice big nuggets ....then i order and they bring me to sealed pouches so i couldnt see it! Well let me tell you when i got home i was furious i ened the pouches and there were little tiny crumbs maybe one as big as a nickel! And then it was so freakin dry ot turned to shake i couldnt roll cause you waste it...im so pissed that i really want to take them back what i bought and tell the owner to shove it p his butt! I will never go there again and if i know people that might im telling them not to...i uld have just stuck with my regular dispensary!

What a great place! I've been meaning to register with this dispensary for a while, and I'm glad I finally did. Right from the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was smiling and I was warmly greeted. A new patient lounge is provided to fill out the registration paperwork, and they even have dog treats and water bowls for your pup! It was really thoughtful to design a room where patients and their canine friends can feel comfortable.After filling out the paperwork, my budtender was amazing. He took the time to explain the free gift for new patients, and he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the products. He probably spent 15 minutes with me, making sure that I was able to find the best medicine for my needs. I was also offered a free sample of an edible. All the employees took the time to greet and chat with me, so it was good vibes all around.Best to bring cash, they do take debit cards but they round up to the nearest $5 amount and a small fee is assessed. However it is really nice that they provide this payment option.Will definitely be coming back here...their high CBD flower is amazing and comforting!

I rarely go anywhere else ever for my bloom carts! Main reason being if there's ever anything wrong with the product or even if I just didn't like it like I thought I would, they will always exchange it out for me! And not to mention when I'm down on my luck and don't have enough, the punch cards are definitely worth it on helping!! Not to mention the manager is the sweetest!! She will never let you down!

i'm a medical patient staff there is very rude and don't know how to do their jobs the right way they speak to you however, they want and then expect you not to say anything back to them or you'll get banned because all they have to do is say they felt unsafe because they cussed at you and you cuss back and then you're banned so I wouldn't recommend anybody going back into this location ever

This is always my first stop when coming into Albuquerque! The staff has always been above and beyond, making each visit a pure pleasure! Excellent quality products and a good variety. Thank you all for all you do!
