I got an instant estimate, an appointment two days later, great communication, kind, respectfulness from the tech, and excellent, thorough work. Will use them again and will recommend to friends and family.

We have only lived in Albuquerque for 2&1/2 yrs. When that bug time came we were not ready so i jumped online did some research & chose Organic Pest. I was extremely happy with customer service when i called. They let me know when they were close & very friendly when they got here. 15 min & they were done. We only use them now & they are the best. I highly recommend!

We love Organic Pest Control. They do a great job (and describe what they're doing) they're always on time, and their techs are super nice. I wish all businesses operated the way they do.

I am really pleased to have been able to have a much worse than normal infestation of carpenter ants, spiders, and other unwanted critters eliminated in my house more safely than I have had in the past. I have a brand new puppy and I definitely wanted organic products, not potentially toxic chemicals. The carpenter ants take a while to all die, since killing the queen back at the ants' home base is the only sure solution (explained carefully and more clearly than I am writing it down here by Josh), and I was concerned about the puppy eating chemically poisoned ants, or getting into the agent used. Josh himself was great. Called ahead, arrived when I was told to expect him, explained everything thoroughly, and was done quickly with no disruption of my household at all. He even gave me his number to text if I had any questions later, and when I did, he replied with the answer in just a few minutes! Highly recommended.

We were concerned that we had a possible bed bug infestation. We had called a couple of the big-name pest control companies such as Orkin, and although we had asked for a ballpark estimate of what this would cost given the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall square footage, all that they were able to give us was an initial inspection fee. It felt like a high pressure sales pitch, and I didn't feel comfortable paying upfront for an inspection only to be told it might cost a couple grand or more.We called Organic Pest Control NM and they were absolutely wonderful. They took time to answer questions, seemed very knowledgeable and were upfront about the cost estimate. They told us how to prepare for the treatment ahead of time like washing all the clothes in hot water and hanging them up off the floor to dry or sealing items in plastic bags if we couldn't wash them. Then they came out and inspected the house and felt confident there wasn't an infestation. They DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US for the inspection. What an honest business. They could've told us we had bed bugs and needed to treat the entire house and we would have been none the wiser. Then they said that if they were wrong and needed to come back to spray the house they would've given us a discount. So grateful they made this experience less stressful! I have been a customer of Organic Pest Control for a couple of years I am on a routine visit every three months, Josh and Chris always do a thorough job of spraying inside and outside of my house they spray the garage, under all of the sinks, as well as all closets keeping my home bug free.

Great Company!I began using Organic Pest Control on a regular basis over two years ago. My house had a real ant and cockroach problem when I bought the house. Organic Pest Control was able to get the situation under control and has kept it that way ever since. I highly recommend them. I've been using Organic Pest Control for many years. They check in to remind me when I am due for another treatment, work with my schedule, are reliable, friendly, punctual. Not a lot of companies are run this way anymore. Josh, the treatment specialist is thorough, friendly and trustworthy. I have recommended this business to others and will continue to do so. They have kept the nasty insects away and our house never smells like a chemical treatment, it even smells pleasant. They have exceeded our expectations.
