One World Rug Care

I really liked walking into this store. They have beautiful, hand selected rugs and an incredibly knowledgeable staff. This is a family run business. They walk you through the process, explaining the details of every rug in which you're interested. It's a joy to watch the father and son interact. They're respectful and loving to each other and to the young man that they're training, Sean D (sorry for butchering the spelling!) I left with 4 rugs I thought might work and tried them all. I ended up choosing the one Michael threw in at the end. "Here, we just got this. I think it might be perfect."It was. It is. One World Rug was a perfect stop for us.

This company does a wonderful job of rug cleaning and their service is excellent. However, their prices have gotten extremely high over the past couple of years and unfortunately I may need to find another company. Over 300$ for a cleaning of one rug is getting out of range for me.

One World knows how to run a business, Michael and his crew do a Great job everytime. I you need Rugs or some rugs cleaned, One world is the place. Thanks

I have a large hand made rug 9X11 that needed cleaning. Because it's wool and handmade it needed to be cleaned by a professional, specialty rug service. Mike came out to our home and looked at the rug. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a quote. He told us the rug would be done in two weeks. After two weeks I hadn't heard anything back so I gave them a call. Mike explained that they were short on staff, so it was taking a little bit longer than expected. When they delivered the rug I was a happy customer!!! It was so clean and pretty and there was new padding for the entire rug. I would definitely use their rug cleaning services again. They were pleasant and convenient with their pick up and delivery.

The staff are friendly and experienced. On time delivery and installation of rug pad and rug. I will recommend this business with no hesitation. The staff wear masks during in-home service. Two thumbs up!!

It's been a long time since I've had people excited and happy to help. Michael and his helper were so pleasant and helpful it made me happy and hopefully that the angry ungrateful service help is on the way out and happy grateful workers are on the return. Thanks for your help One World

Stay away from this place especially if you have an expensive valuable handmade rug. My partially silk Tabriz rug has two different colors now plus all colors are all washed . The original colors were white and pink (classical Tabriz) and now all colors are beige colors .I am also super impressed how they managed to make the rug look like divided in half with two different pallets of color .Besides the poor quality of job they have done which is not reversible, I have three different types of receipts from the drop off of rug till the day I have picked it up.Extremely unhappy with the wash and with the ethics of billing .

Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Micheal is always outstanding with his knowledge and attention to detail. Great prices and all around a great business. Thank you! I will be back.

I highly recommend One World Rug Care! I have used them twice & was very pleased both times. They were exacting with keeping their appointments which is rare in many service industries. They are knowledgeable about the wide array of rugs available & spend much time giving you information about the weaving & care of rugs. I will return to them for further service. TJ
